Расположение в чистом и респектабельном районе, три отдельных помещения в номере, чистота, белоснежно чистое постельное белье и полотенца, неплохой завтрак в атмосферном ресторане

Нет духовки, высокая слышимость между номерами. Интерьер выглядит довольно изношенным. Возможно это такая «фишка» отеля, но протертая до металла эмаль в ванной - это уже перебор)

Le service Appart'hotel, la dimension de l'appartement, la décoration originale et cosy, le petit-déjeuner qui était bien servi et à volonté, le personnel qui était agréable et toujours disponible.

La décoration est réussie mais de belles photos ne masquent pas la réalité. Je suis donc déçue mais pas surprise au vu des autres commentaires : l'immeuble est mal isolé phonétiquement et l'appartement n°304 est mal entretenu, pas en termes de propreté mais d'entretien général : volet roulant cassé qu'il faut tirer à la main pour descendre, carreaux de la salle de bains cassés et masqués avec de la peinture, peinture écornée à de nombreux endroits, porte de la chambre qui ne s'ouvre pas complètement, équipement de la cuisine un peu light avec des étagères qui menacent de s'effondrer. Bref, cela donne une impression générale un peu "cheap" : un rafraichissement de l'appartement s'impose. A noter que l'ambiance lumineuse est un peu trop sombre, déjà que les murs sont foncés, et surtout dans la salle de bains.

La decoración de las habitaciones

1. Duchas sin agua caliente para más de 2 personas, día a día en un depto apto para 4 personas (solo 3 huespedes) uno se quedaba para bañar con agua helada. 2. Depto sin aislación de sonidos externos, escuchamos una y otra vez los ruidos de pisos de arriba. 3. Room service del restaurante de abajo no funciona, te lo indican como parte de los servicios, pero el restaurante no responde los llamados y cuando lo hace te indican que no tienen meseros para entregar platos. 4. En cuanto a la limpieza de las habitaciones, esto sólo se transforma en hacer la cama, cambiar toallas y dejar papel higiénico. No hay limpieza de zonas como la cocina, mesas ni nada.

Appartement un peu bruyant .

The apartment was very big and very well equipped. A huge tarras is was clearly a bonus. Location is great, we love this part of Barcelona. And the restaurant is absolutely amazing

The coffee maker in the room made terrible coffee. Bath tub very slippery for a shower. There were no instructions on use of air conditioner.

The location was decent. It was close to the metro and also not too far from restaurants and shopping. However, it was a bit farther from sightseeing. If one is easily able to walk distances, the location is perfect. But if one has mobility issues, this location probably wouldn't be ideal. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing. I had one of the best pieces of salmon I have ever had. It was booked up early, so difficult to get in. After eating there, I understood why.

The bathroom could have been cleaned better, and could use a bit of renovation. The water comes out of the shower faucet so hot that both my daughter and I nearly burned our hands on the metal hardware. My young daughter was also uncomfortable with the various pictures of nude women both in our unit and in the hallways, positioned right at her eye level. They certainly didn't add anything positive to the decor as they were strange photos, not even classy artwork.

Isabella’s house is a beautiful hotel in one of my favourite part of Barcelona. It’s really cozy and cute vibe. Thanks to amazing staff you feel there very welcome. The pluses of this place were: It’s not loud so it’s a good spot to rest, there is a air conditioning in every room, minibar was great, everyday we got room service and downstairs there is a lovely restaurant with a great food, it’s close to small grocery shops and pharmacy.

Very large and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment for our family of three. Wi-Fi worked great, quiet neighborhood. Many nice markets for food within 5 minute walk. Main tourist sites like Gothic neighborhood, La Sagrada Familia 40-45 minute walk or 20-30 min by metro/bus. Small kitchen, large refrigerator, can make simple meals.

A little far from main tourist sites, and fewer restaurant choices in San Gervesi neighborhood than in Eixample or Gracia. However, we loved the neighborhood and like to walk; metro and bus close by if you don’t want to walk.

The Poorly constructed shower & ? slow drain flooded into the hallway the first shower . NO HELP AVAILABLE after 10pm. BROKEN light/blocking metal shades were Never Repaired Despite 2 Requests

great location, super comfy.

I liked the entrance, lobby reception and restaurant have a lot of beauty and charm. Unfortunately, my room was painted an ugly dark grey and it was depressing. However, the beds were ultra comfotable, everything was super clean and the room stayed quiet in the AM, so it was good for sleeping in (also nice room-darkening shades). The wifi was great, tv was good (easy to get Netflix on), kitchen was well-equipped with nespresso coffee maker and cooking utensils, there was a big closet in the bedroom and plenty of hangers. So, all was quite nice except the grey walls, and a few small stains on the rug and some cracks in the bathroom tile. If those things were fixed I'd give it a 10. I liked being away from the main tourist areas and near Parc Turo which is a lovely oasis of calm. I walked (45 min) to Sagrada, Eixample, El Born and Gracia. But, I love walking. Most people would take subway or taxi. On the last night we had dinner at Isabella's Restaurant and we were served at the table in the cool lobby which was a lot of fun.

Grey walls were bad. Ask for a room with better color scheme!
