Awesome, as always in this magic place🙂

The hotel is situated high up on the Grossglockner pass, it’s was an excellent stay, we enjoyed the views, evening meal, breakfast and the sauna and whirlpool. we would definitely recommend this hotel, the staff were all super friendly and very helpful. it was a shame it was foggy, but the weather changes very quickly at this altitude.

Best value for money you can get. Period Friendly and professional personnel. Very good food, tasty and more than enough. Spacy room with all the necessary amenities. Amazing views. Nothing to complain about. Highly recommended.

Hotel is well equipped with a coffee machine, water dispensers and a jacuzzi/sauna.

The moutain

Incredibly beautiful and enchanting! The views of the snow-covered mountains 😍 all around are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is mesmerizing. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the staff is friendly and pleasant! It's not our first time visiting here, and we will be happy to come back here again and again!

Location was perfect and very picturesque, directly at the Grossglockner street, street was fully covered with snow, beautiful surrounding. Breakfast was excellent, different breads, cold cuts, cheeses, spreads, vegetables, eggs prepared to your liking, jams, cereals, tea, coffee, soft drinks ... all was there. Dinners were not to beat, all perfect and all tasted excellent. Saune/spa area was very nice with 2 saunas, 1 physiotherm infrared cabin, 1 jacuzzi

You are kind of isolated in the mountains, we absolutely loved it but for someone else it might be a problem :)

The hotel is close to the panoramic road, so the rooms have a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff is very helpful. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel. The food is delicious and the dinner was amazing.

Great breakfast with someone making you scrambeled eggs, omlette or even pancakes. You can order them the way you like them best. The sauna is great also the bar area is nice. And the view of the mountains is simply amazing. We also loved the free tea, sirup and coffee. You can drink as much as you like and it is self-service.

The staff did not clean the tables fast after eating. Some products were not refilled at the salad buffet. At the reception we had to wait a little longer for check in and for the check in as the person in charge was not at the reception desk.

Nice breakfast, incredible dinner, very benevolent staff. Very nice and cheap price for beer, cakes and other extra food for the place far away from cities and villages. Nice sauna and mountain views.
