Loved this spot. The hotel stands out with luxury amenities in this cute, laid back town. Helpful staff, great accommodations. I highly recommend the splurge while in El Chalten

The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve had. Lots of delicious food and options. The dinner was fine dining and delicious. The room was spacious and had the best view. All the staff, specifically the receptionists, we’re very very helpful and friendly.

The beds were a little on the hard side for our liking. We also didn’t realize how windy it is and how loud the wind is. Nothing wrong with it, kind of made for a nice white noise in the background while sleeping.

The hotel, facilities, and staff were all fabulous. The large windows with the valley view was an unforgetable way of greeting the morning. Breakfast was ample, wide choices, and high quality. Dinner was fabulous. The jacuzzi/hot tub with the mountain view was a perfect way to relax after hiking. The staff were great. Location was perfect, particulalry with a car.

The view from the room is amazing (make sure you get the valley view). We got a free room upgrade which was great. The room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Nice relaxation room with hot tubs, saunas, shower, loungers and stunning mountain view. You can request robes before you go down. Breakfast was the best we had during the trip - there is a large variety of things to eat including several healthy options. Staff speaks English and was always quick to respond to any requests.

There is no benefit to using cash - they will charge at blue dollar rate. This makes the value not so great.

beautiful location - especially if you have a room overlooking the valley. the staff were all lovely. we especially appreciated being able to ask Ignacio (the local guide) recs for hikes - esp with rainy weather.
