La calidez de la atención de sus dueños. Atentos a los detalles y siempre dispuestos a dar una orientación para aprovechar al maximo el dia. El desayuno es espectacular y muy adecuado para iniciar el dia de caminatas con toda la energía. El bño es muy comodo y tiene una ducha excelente
No hay ningun detalle que sea realmente un problema. Simplemente, como sugerencia de mejora, seria bueno que tuviesen más almohadas ya que las que teniamos eran muy bajitas. Tambien una manta menos gruesa hubiese ayudado ya que nos tocaron dias menos fríos y la manta era muy calurosa

Very nice room, it is soundproof and well equipped. The magnificent view of Fitz Roy is outside my window. The manager is eager to help and informative. Very convenient for hiking trip.

Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent! Location was superb -- easy walking to restaurants and hiking.
Beds were comfortable but small -- we had asked for a queen but got a room with 3 twin beds. Hot water in shower was plentiful but very hard to control.

I stayed in another hostel and did a Los tres full-day hike before check-in. I had payment while check-in option when I booked the hotel and when I reached the hotel I was very tired from the full-day hike. Knowing that I am coming from the full-day hike, they immediately gave me the keys to the room without taking the payment. They let me take rest the whole day and I paid the property the next day after my breakfast. Rooms are cleaned daily by the cleaning crew and breakfast was always ready by the time you reach the breakfast room.
Run by a family who is kind and considerate. Would definitely stay again.

Was centrally located, clean comfortable with all facilities needed. The owner was super helpful and always available for any questions if needed.

The hosts were the best! Even made sure we had a breakfast tray for an early morning departure. They also helped with suggestions on hikes !

The owners of the hotel are lovely and helpful, a couple and their son. Good breakfast, room not very big but nice.

Patricia and Nicholas were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
Shower was powerful and hot - perfect after a long hike!
Breakfast was plentiful and filled us up ready for our hike. Definitely try the homemade cake if you can :)

Owners are extremely helpful and welcoming, I felt very well treated! And rooms have plenty of space, well equipped and very comfortable beds. Breakfast is fair, with good coffee and delicious home made cakes. The hotel is located right in front of Chalten's main avenue.

The place is nicely done, breakfast is delicious, but mostly the owners are present and are the most lovely people. Everyone is helpful and planning and adapting to your needs. We had some last-minute changes of plans due to COVID and they were understanding and adaptable. I completely recommend this place

Perfect location with a fantastic view. The hosts were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and homemade.
The bed was a bit short for me. It would have been nice to have some additional protein like eggs for breakfast.

Our host was outstanding. She had recommendations for places to visit, and seemed to know a lot about restaurants and businesses in the area. She was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
There was basically no wifi in the room. We had to go to the lobby to use the wifi. I think this could be easily improved with a wifi extender.

Views of Fitzroy & Cerro Torre from our rooms. Such friendly host Patricia was extremely friendly & helpful in planning walks, ideas & general information. Breakfast was very good, rooms kept spotless & atmosphere really good
