Nice property centrally located with good staff
Despite repeated requests and even after enormous efforts by Hotel staff,the room temperature remained at 17 degrees which left us freezing

I like how attentive staffs were. Very welcoming people. The breakfast and hotel menu were top notch. Many thanks to the hotel staff.
Location wise not a good area if you're up for quick shopping.

The rooms were okay
They charged extra 4000 INR even though we already paid online and as we were quite in hurry and didn’t have much time to look for another hotel so we had to pay this amount.

They have given some extra drinking water. Otherwise, we found nothing was good.
1. The worst thing was that the Tiolet door could not be closed fully. It is always 4 inches open. I asked the staff, and they told me it is normal in all rooms—a dirty idea. I am attaching two photos.
2. The housekeeping can not provide the least things. They can never provide small towels.
3. Among all staff, except one or two, others can not speak in English.
Overall, they are doing business hiring the "Radisson" brand. They do not have even 1-star hotel quality.

Especially your manager Mr Jatinder Kumar he is a outstanding person taking extra care of not only mine but with everybody Big organisations needs more persons like him i am very impressed and definitely recommend everyone in my circle to visit your place

The location is reasonable and easily accessible
Poor quality, poor staff, and cleanliness is pathetic. Some customers were very ill-mannered around the reception desk area. The suite was charged exceptionally heavily, and it didn't justify to the value of money.

Holiday Inn seems to be better on all fronts than Radisson which was a bit surprising....
Nothing that we disliked......
but when we compared to Holiday Inn we found it short on all fronts from the moment we checked in until we checked out

Asked to book car for trip to Agra was quoted 3 x price then was standard rate. Felt the hotel was not offering the best service to there guests.
