I liked the hospitality by Mr Rathee the Director Food buffet options were great

My little suggestion that AC in SPa specifically steam sauna area must be in control of the guest sothat the temperature required can be maintained…. I literally was worried of my health cold hot thing

The staff at the Westin were *wonderful*! the housekeeping team were particularly attentive and made sure that we were very well looked after. Thank you Sudip, your team is amazing! Ajeet, Nagendra & Rishi made our stay so comfortable. They were always smiling and helpful. They resolved our (small) issues quickly and with charm. We hope you'll pass on our gratitude. Additionally, the F&B team were wonderful. They encouraged us to try the local foods and were always so friendly. I didn't get everyone's name but chef Karan was lovely and Sanu was also very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. The pool area is an oasis and the spa area is a gorgeous retreat from the busy business world outside the Westin doors. I will not hesitate to book into the Westin Gurgaon on my next trip to Delhi.

Pretty decent location. The hotel amenities are superb and staff courteousness is excellent. Excellent food choices for breakfast and lunch. Lounge was also quite decent.

Not much to state.

Only the breakfast spread was good but had a waiting for 25 mins and then they just took the last order.

They allotted the wrong room. There was no one person who wanted to talk or take responsibility. They made us visit reception and back to different rooms which took us like 1 hour to just check in and still they were not able to honour what we had booked.

Only the property and food was good

We asked for extra blanket in morning and till evening we called them four times. Everytime we went for our lincj kr dinner different staff will come aand ask about your room number then they will give to the bill and then we had to be lil rude then they will apologise oh my god it was not at all a good experience

Wonderful experience. Great location, lovely staffs. It was pleasant stay. Thanks to vedanshi for her hospitality. She really took good care of my family.

Pool was not temperature control but it was fine considering the whether..
