Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Spacious room, but still cozy, clean and comfortable. Relatively quiet, not very busy neighborhood. Beds were good recently replaced mattresses, this is an individual thing, but they were A-ok. Walking distance to city center. Breakfast was very good, you can order eggs made 4 ways, and there's a selection of the usual breakfast foods. Everything was fresh, and rasty. The restaurant was excellent, the staff is what you would expect in a top dollar place. An unexpected experience, very pleasant. The cook and kitchen staff - the food (asian style dinner + sushi) was fantastic.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, good experience.

Room size was generous. Bathroom was clean and large. It was handy, that there was also a TV room section separated from the bedroom area.

There were no bedside lights beside the beds. So if someone wants to read a book in bed, there was no reading light available. Only strong main ceiling light was available. That is quite unusual, never experienced that in a hotel. Regarding bedroom curtains, despite there were good quality, they were bit shorter, than they should, consequently strong morning light was getting through the bottom of the window and was difficult to sleep. In the bathroom there was a bath as well as a shower corner (which is great). However, the shower had only the 'rain shower head' (firmly fixed). There was missing detachable, adjustable shower head, which can be held in the hand. Despite such was available at the bath, it would have been handy having it in the shower too.

Wonderful huge room, huge bathroom with great shower, big confortable bed, amazing 65 inch TV, good restaurant with great sushi and tom yam soup. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Free parking.

Pillow are too big and only one pillow person persons. Breakfast is ordinary but ok.
