Localização excelente, esquina com a Oscar Freire. Muitos restaurantes por perto, comércios, taxi em frente ao hotel, bons restaurantes na quadra. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos. Era aniversário das minhas filhas e deixaram bilhetinho com presente e bolo para elas. Muito simpáticos. Me hospedaria novamente O restaurante do hotel tem um buffet no almoço. Não é chique e nem muito variado, mas tudo gostoso. O café da manhã é bom, mas simples.

O frigobar não estava funcionando, mas foi resolvido.

They made adjustments with my reservation with no problem. They were great in recommending restaurants etc. great breakfast in the morning. Fitness room did the job as well. Very happy with stay.

meu quarto ficou 1 dia sem arrumaçao , apesar de ter socilitado 2 x o espaço pro cafe é pequeno e provoca filas todo dia tinha um vazamento na duchinha do vaso que ficou todos os dias apesar de terem tentado resolver

The reception team does not interested of my invoice request. I told the reception team that this was a business trip, so they didn't care about it !!!! How can Raddisson do this?

Excellent location. Excepcional staff. Ana, at the reception desk, was amazing.

Great hotel! The location is incredible, close to all the nice restaurants and stores. The neighborhood is also quite safe, so we could walk around at any time. The hotel was quite clean, smelled nice and had good breakfast.

The gym is terrible, might as well close it and tell guests the hotel doesn't have a gym. The coffee isn't great, but the silver lining was that we could explore the AMAZING coffee options in the neighborhood.

The Staff is the best! Especially the receptionists, they are very friendly and helpful!

The lobby's carpet is dirty, so it makes the entire area look dirty.

The staff(lady) during check in was short and rude. she completely bended my brand new passport in order to make a copy of it. she was just acting annoyed and didn’t fully explain anything in a proper manner. There wasn’t any service to bring my luggage up, since I was traveling internationally i had large suitcases and asked for help. She seemed annoyed and kept throwing my luggage around, specially when the key didn’t work in the elevator. It was just a strange vibe and I considered leaving but it was very late.
