Localização é ótima!!

Não ter café da manhã incluído; o serviço de quarto é muito demorado; a porta do banheiro é muito pequena.

Já conhecia o hotel. Aprecio muito a localização, pertinho do Shopping Higienópolis, e custo/benefício.

O banheiro não possui uma ducha higiênica.

Localização, cama, iluminação do quarto, café da manhã.

Pool, but a little too cold. Location

The breakfast area was stuffed with all courtins closed. Little ventilation. No natural light. Hard to understand, since there are many windows.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The bed was very uncomfortable - mattress too old, with a big depression in the middle. The gym was not well equipped nor maintained. There was no watter kettle available in the room. In sum, not a good value for money.

We stayed the previous weekend, came back Sunday June 3-7. It was like a second home. Wish we had upgraded to the only Suite, before we left. When we came back, it was already taken! Staff is outstanding. Great location for us. Nice breakfast.

Maybe the tile in the shower could withstand power washing.

I had an early check in and would leave the property in less then 24 hours since my arrival but was suggested to pay for an extra day to guarantee the early check in- although I was allowed to leave my luggage until 2pm in the reception I felt there was no attempt to accommodate my needs specially as I was travelling with a child who has special needs. I spent all day out due to work commitments and only popped in quickly for a shower around 5 pm. we left the following morning at 5 am. Reception staff were courteous but no attempt to let us check in earlier. I saw no justification to pay an extra day when we would stay less than 24 hours!

The breakfast was very good and diverse.

Lack of English amongst staff and the breakfast I had no idea what was what - for a vegetarian, I felt like I couldn't eat anything - nothing was labelled and no one to ask

The staff were very helpful and the room was very nice.

The temperature control system in the room left the room stuffy and required that a window be opened slightly for air movement and comfort.

we received a room on floor 23 which has an amazing view of São Paulo. This was our second stay at the hotel, which also has a pool, gym and sauna. The staff is very professional and especially Leon who helped us always with a smile

BIg swimming pool and the location close to shopping centre and plaza villaboim

the hotel is located in a beautiful area of Sao Paolo. a nice gym and pool to use before or after touring. A very nice shopping mall is nearby with nice restaurants to eat dinner. The staff is very helpful and will do everything to make you happy.

There are not a lot of electricity sockets in the room. As I used the pool and gym I would like to have more towels in the room or receive the at the pool/gym.
