The room was hot during the night but we were able to open the window.

The restaurant disapponted. Burnt Bread to the burger, a dessert (lemon pie of a kind) that was crushed and not complete when I got it. a totally uninspiring salad bar.

Location and parking, breakfast is ok.

The room wasnt clean we found an empty bottle under the bed, the bed linen had mosquitoes on it, the toilet flusher wasnt working needed to push the button like 15 times to get stuff to flush. pool was cold almost 19 degree even though the staff said it should has 26 degrees. The worst stay i have had in europe or in scandic so far. We were lucky that it was only a 1 night stay not a long one.

Breakfast was great-variety/options. Outdoor seating option was very pleasant.

Soccer team running the halls banging on doors & food on floors from them. Had to schedule a time for breakfast, then told to arrive 15min before or after time we chose. When arriving at breakfast, no one verified us as guests or for our scheduled time.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from downtown. It is clean, comfortable and the personnel is nice.

We were a bit surprised by what they call a "family room". Actually, a two persons room with two foldable beds on the wall. Very small for 4 persons. It is ok for a one night stay on the way, but not more. The breakfeast, although fully OK, is not at the level of Scandic hotels in Norway.

Good location as a stopover from Stockholm to the North. Easy to find. Very friendly staff and good facilities. Lovely breakfast. Rooms overlooking the river were more expensive but a better view and away from the main road.

Dinner was pricey for what it was but think that may be a Sweden price thing. Rooms have wooden floors which means in the room above 'clumps about' you can hear them.
