Initially the staff was nice and polite.

When I checked in the villa apart from the isolated location. I found it extremely dirty, dirty toilet, faecal matter on the windows ( likley of geckos or rats) and dead insects, only few minutes after checking in I found a Gecko walking around the room and many of them in the reception. It was my honeymoon and we both found it extremely dirty to continue 5 days there. I asked the staff to come and have a look and I wanted to cancel my booking, they apologised and told me to contact booking for a refund which I did after checking out and they contacted the property and found no response. I paid the full fees of 5 nights which I didn't stay, I checked out for clear reasons as I cannot live in that level of hygiene so I booked other hotel at short notice and the least I can get is refunding at least 4 of the 5 nights which are booked, however there is no response from the staff which seemed to be very nice and polite at first.

Value for money was an understatement. Bali Masari Villas are exceptional for the money paid. The staff were delightful and could not do enough for us to make us feel welcome. The food was glorious and was thoroughly enjoyed by my self, my wife and my daughter. Wayan was an exceptional host, and could not be more helpful in making our stay welcome and was more than happy to suggest places to visit and even take us there and back. My wife and daughter thoroughly enjoyed the massage and spa . This place is a hidden gem and for the money cannot be faulted. The pool was beautiful as was the scenery. The villa was very clean and all the staff are a credit to Bali Masari. Definitely would recommend for a relaxing , peaceful , inexpensive stay. Thankyou to all the staff for making our first visit to Bali a memorable one.

The hotel is located in the middle of nature, a perfect place to rest, perfect service, delicious food in the restaurant It's not the newest hotel, but it's not a problem, you can feel very comfortable there I highly recommend! :)
