Nice location with view of vineyards and pleasant atmosphere, very friendly staff and good breakfast. Big family bedroom. There is a communal kitchen with a fridge you can use.

People chatting on the terrace at night could be heard in our bedroom. Once we asked them to be quiet they stopped though.

didn’t know until contacted by the hotel that no evening meals were available. however, they recommended the hotel just a few minutes walk for our evening meal. it was a rather splendid meal.

the room was so hot and there were lots of insects outside so that we couldn't open the windows or door, but there was no fan or air conditioner, so overall it was suffering during the first night, and better the next day as the weather is cooler.

Stunning location. Village houses have stalls selling local produce with honesty boxes for payment. Wine tasting and purchases easily available too. The property is farm like and needs some modernisation but it is charming. The family who own it were absolutely lovely and very relaxed about what we did. The big garden (with toys) is great for children and for having your own picnic dinner with locally bought wine. There’s an honesty box in the hotel beside a fridge and freezer full of drinks, snacks and ice lollies- lovely touch. No bar as such but the prices were so cheap and there’s a nice elevated dining terrace to use. The kitchen/dining room was open for breakfast but we didn’t use it.

No staff as such but the family/owners live on site, which we really liked, they were very trusting and left you to your own devices but suppose it could be an issue if you were stuck as they weren’t always home. We already had a fan in our room but no air conditioning- weather over 28 degrees would have made the room unbearable at night. Access to a fridge would be good as it did feel more like a self catering/motel.

The hotel building is beautiful and very well decorated in the rural style with hand made furniture, drapes, and figures. The room is big (as described) and clean. There is a playground for children in the hotel premises. The personnel is really helpful, even if you lock a key inside your room late in the evening :). The surrounding landscape is just breathtaking and offers a lot of hiking and cycling opportunities among the local vineyards.

The rom was exactly as pictured and was perfect for us. The breakfast was extensive and the outdoor seating was perfect. The location suited our needs and was nice. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The morning traffic was somewhat of an issue as it was warm and we wanted the windows open. Perhaps an addition of a fan would be helpful.

Three years in a row we stay in this hotel. It’s nice that they become even better. Very clean, great wiew, frieldly stuff, nice small city. The wine shop down the street is exelent. Best riesling ever!!!

English could be better, but it was not a problem to comunicate :)
