All of the personel and associates we interacted with were super helpful and kind! We even got some extra time before at check-out as my friend wasn't feeling well. The room was really clean, cosy and warm. The breakfast was fine and tasty as well!

We had specifically asked for a double bed, however what we got was 2 single beds next to each other. And anyway, this could have worked if the beds and mattresses weren't of so bad quality and so lightweight that almost without any "effort" they were being pushed away from wach other, creating a nasty gap between the beds. Really not convenient sleeping.

Location

We arrived around 9:30pm and went to pick up the key from the box as instructed. Once we got the room number and the code on the screen we started to look for our room. It turns out our room was the only one with no number on the door. We decided to try the code anyway and it worked. Still unsure if it was our room, we tried to close the door and it would not lock. We tried several times until we decided to call the emergency number. The gentleman instructed us to try in a couple of way which we did without success. He then told us that there was nothing they could do. We asked if we could sleep in another room and he went to check and got back saying it was not possible because they were fully booked. We asked if there was anything they could do since our room was on the parking lot and street. We didn’t feel safe sleeping without a lock. He said it was unlikely anything would happen. I am sure it is a safe place but I doubt anyone would feel comfortable sleeping without a lock on a parking lot room. It was 11pm by then, we were tired from the drive and from the incident plus no other hotels were available that night, so we with no other choice we had to put a chair in front of the door with our luggage on top. Needless to say, we did not have a good night sleep. No refund or any other solution was provided. Nobody even contacted us after the event. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible from their side. I understand that there can be malfunctioning or errors but it’s the way that a business chooses to react that counts. Terrible service.

Especially the toilet was super clean and so new! Also the bed and the facilities are amazingly cozy and clean. The breakfast was also very good. For this price, I think it’s pretty valuable. I’m definitely going to come back here next time !

We enjoyed the location. Walking distance through to the middle of the old town. Quiet and peaceful location. Access to bike and boat rental was perfect. Good restaurants around. Even a nice local supermarket is close by. We rode our rental bikes there at some point for some shopping.

1- Our room was way too small. We could barely move around. 2- There is no seated reception. You are dealing with a machine that checks you in and don't forget to take a photo of the room number and you key code once displayed on the screen at your check in. this is the only time you will see it!! How ever in case you really need to speak with someone, there are maids who are running around and cleaning the rooms, who are more than happy to help and in my case we had some questions and needed help with the room. The lady guided us and called a number at the reception post and the lady on the other end of the line was very helpful and even called me back later to make sure we are all sorted.

The matrasses are slippery and slide apart, this is something that needs to be fixed
