Comfy beds, lots of appliances.
Nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, Nowhere to hang towels after showering, or to hang clothes whirlst showering. We had to put things in the washing machine. Racks and or hooks on the back of the door would be helpful as well as an extra bench under or beside the sink for toiletries.

Good location and you can arrange off street parking.
We had a street level room, was very noisy early in the morning.
Room errs to the small side.

Fully self-contained including hairdryer and iron/ironing board and luggage rack
Complimentary tourist magazines was a wonderful addition
Instead of the long life milk in the fridge, it would have been nice to have an actual bottle of fresh milk

Good option for an overnight stay , room & bathroom small but adequate, comfy bed, providing a continental boxed breakfast was a good option but a bit pricy
No outlook at all, probably because of ground floor but it made the room seem a bit claustrophobic

The reception was very welcoming and staff in general were great. Very clean and tidy with daily services for towels etc. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the kitchen amenities for cooking, dishwasher and a hearty big fridge freezer.
Found no faults with this stay.

Ugh the clicking noise of the fire alarm was so annoying when trying to sleep. The disappearance of reception staff made me nervous.

Late night after-hours check-in was easy as we turned up to others checking in at the same time.
Quest had everything we needed was nice, cosy & fresh.
Felt like a home away from home.
The beds were very comfy.
Nice taking home clean clothes due to the washing machine & dryer.
Appreciate extending our checkout.
Would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely stay again.
I had a little debate with the housekeeper.

The person who met us at reception was very friendly and welcoming. It was an easy walk to the wedding venue on Saturday night. Loved the one way window.
The room was smaller than other quest places we have stayed at (I think) and it was a bit tired.

Very helpful check in, allowed us to check in early rather than after the check in had closed. Very clean unit, liked that it had an opening window. Hotel in a very quiet location no street noise.

good location - close the the stadium. Air conditioning in the rooms was fantastic.
Property is being used as emergency housing. The corridors were busy and noisy throughout the evening (up until 1am) both nights with people hopping between rooms. The bathroom facilities were average and old.

There were homeless sitting at the door at night by the parking lot which made me feel uncomfortable as I was worried about my car.

I was volunteering at the Rugby World Cup so a great location to the stadium.
