Location,staff, breakfast variety. Hotel nurse checked on my partner as he wasnt feeling well and caught a bug before we came to this hotel. Hotel doctor precribed tablets and monitored him thru fone call. All staff are very helpful. Place is beautiful unfortunately we didnt get the chance to use all the amenities while my partner was not well. Booked 3 rooms and my parents and daughters enjoyed their lush stay. Would definitely stay again as it is just next to SM.

Pillows are too soft. Already had 4 lots but still our head sinks. Other than that everything is perfect.

Great breakfast, and the various restaurants and bars provided good food and great cocktails. Room was fantastic and the staff were polite, attentive and did their jobs well.

Location wasn't what was expected - being near the water I expected would be nice, but between the water and the hotel was a dock/shipping container area, and it was surrounded by construction which had late night noise. The swimming pool was next to a main highway so you had constant road noise and pollution making the paving dirty.

I got the rooms for a very discounted price. So for the value I got, I find the place to be very worth it… near shopping malls, very clean, huge rooms, wonderful staff and the breakfast….exceptional.

They only provide very minimal number of towels. I have to call to ask for towelettes. For a five-star hotel, I expected better room supplies.

ROD Hotel Front Desk (Radisson Cebu) certainly did above and beyond in accommodating my family since I did not arrived the same time when my family checked in and because I was the main guest who booked the accommodations/reservations and my family arrived early before me ROD made sure my family be made comfortable right away. Thank you ROD! and Radisson Blu CEBU.

Needs to pay more attention to needs of guests esp for bigger groups. Otherwise it was corrected right away.

The hotel is next to the SM Mall but for all attractions you need to take a cab (in Cebu city attractions are spread out so it applies to any hotel). The hotel is impressive, rooms are comfortable size and well maintained. Breakfast can blow your mind if you are a foodie and you need few days to enjoy all the menu items :) Staff was attentive and helpful, wifi is strong pool area is huge and beautiful

Check in was so slow! Took 25 minutes to then be told my room wasn’t ready, even though it was post official check in time! Took over 30 minutes for bags to then be delivered! The pool was grotty, with a collection of suncream / hair in the corner of the pool area! There weren’t cushions for all the sunbeds! Generally the service was super slow! Took 35 minutes to get my drinks at the pool and I had to get up and chase them, to see they werent being made and it was very quiet!!

The hotel is so convenient with everything. Hotel staff are amazing especially the lady who assisted me when checking in. Check in and check out are so quick. There are staff/guards available when taking a lift to make sure there is an available one. This saves time actually, you don't need to wait for the lift to become available, less waiting time. The room was great. It is what you see from their website. Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance. The food was amazing and varieties of selection, from local to international cuisine. We celebrated my Dad's bday on the 2nd day and booked them in another room which was so easy again. the hotel knows the value of time for their clients. Kudos!

We have stayed at this property many time since it was opened 13 years ago. The hotel has good facilities and is very comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is convenient for SM Shopping and dining.

Check-in/out organisation is very bad causing unnecessary frustration. It is split into individual queues meaning you might pick a queue where the person(s) ahead of you takes a longtime to be served and you have to wait, but persons coming to the desk after you who have joined a different queue get served before you. This caused quite a bit of anger with a number of guests waiting at the time we checked out. Other hotels utilise a single queue meaning people get served in the order they arrive, which is much less frustrating.
