Reception was delightful. Parking was easy. Receptionist went out of his way to get us parked, into our room and secure a table on short notice at the fun and lively restaurant attached to the hotel.

Fun and lively restaurant was also very loud and expensive, though the service was fabulous. It was a Friday night in a young college town, so our exhausted family was simply pleased to eat. Hotel room was quite small. Master bed was fine, but pull-out was uncomfortable.

The location was perfect to visit the Christmas market or the city center in general. The parking garage was easy to access with plenty of spaces. The staff was exceptional. Frank D provided great tips that enhanced our stay. The room was spacious confortable, and included a mini bar, coffee, and snacks. What a wonderful touch. Breakfast was great. It was a wonderful stay.

An old school small hotel with everything you need and more. The entire property was up-to-date, very clean and well maintained. I enjoyed a nice view of the Marktplatz from my air-conditioned room— a real treat during a 40°c heatwave! The secure, off-street parking was a bonus. The staff welcomed me warmly and were very helpful during my entire stay.

Everything about the place was great. Even the little touches like having umbrellas that guests can use (we needed them!). Very spacious room. Our room overlooked the back so there was no noise.

Such lovely staff! The family room was just great and the location was excellent (walked everywhere).

There was just so so much noise on the streets throughout the night. It would be good to have AC in the rooms so you can shut the windows. The breakfast was a bit unorganized and the buffet wasn't up to the standard of everything else.
