The resort was beautiful and it was right on one of our favourite beaches in Koh Chang. The room was spacious and comfortable and the view was very beautiful. Pool and slide were very fun, reception were usually quick to respond to issues.

There were a few issues while we were there that the reception desk were quick to blame on the amount of rain they’d been getting. On the first day, my husband was locked in the bathroom and it took almost an hour to get him out, they then had to replace the door knob. We were very concerned that it might have been my 3 y/o son stuck inside. The shower didn’t drain properly the entire time we stayed, although we told the front desk multiple times. It would take a few hours for the water to drain and otherwise it would spill out onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The water that filled the bathtub was yellow, it was quite dirty and we were a bit grossed out by what was probably coming out of the shower. Breakfast was mediocre

It could do with some updating , bathroom tiles needs re doing … bedding was ripped on one of the covers … it’s just a bit tired …. However I do love it here so I would come back

Second time I have stayed here and I was going to return with family a third time but being charged 500thb for a missing towel bag that was somewhere on the resort and worth 20 baht max, left me with a bitter taste in the mouth. Plus the sand flies are bad on the beach

Being needlessly ripped off means I wont return

Location and food was excellent.

The pool area was not cleaned of tidied up. Rubbish left for days around pool bar. Also the bus that transfered me back to patttaya was very shabby and took too long.

Although some aspects of the resort are a little tired, it is still lovely, great breakfast, excellent massage on the beach, stunning views. Friendly, helpful staff.

- cockroaches in our room - phone in room did not work to call reception - got laundry done and they didn’t wash it property and tried to charge us to rewash - woke us up by banging at the door at 7.30am on the first morning - manager was useless in helping or offering solutions - gym was dirty and needed a clean - aircon broke twice during our stay - we got a manicure and pedicure and it was the worst I’ve ever had - would not recommend at all!!

Sits on one of the best beaches on Koh Chang. The rooms were good enough, the grounds were spectacular and a short walk out to the road, you can catch a shuttle taxi anywhere on the island. Buffet was terrific and the seaside restaurant was hit or miss. But all very convenient.

1000 baht key deposit. They don't automatically give you the deposit back. You have to ask for the deposit and produce the receipt they give you on check in. So that's 2 things to keep track of. The music in the buffet was American classic MUZAK. Something you might hear in an insane asylum. It was a recorded track and played very loud every morning. Really these were minor annoyances in an otherwise, professional and friendly and beautiful resort.

The beach is spectacular, quiet and not crowded. The location is outstanding, between two larger towns with plenty of services within 5 minutes either direction. Also 20 minutes from Bang Bao Pier for boat excursions. The staff is top notch and so kind. The rooms are great. And the buffet breakfast was awesome. Great massage on the beach in the shade. Fitness center and pool as well. On a scale of 1-10, I give the resort 11. :-)

Beach was nice and the ocean water was perfect. if you enjoy walking along the seaside, i will highly recommend this place for you. but be careful, cause there are lots crabs being active during the night :) We also liked the breakfast (many asian and western options)

sand flies was the most annoying thing. their bites are itchy and even hurt a bit. besides, there is zero soundproofing. Ventilation of the bathrooms are connected, so, when the downstairs neighbours are using the loo, you can hear it.

Staff with no good language, the resort needs to be fully renovated especially the rooms.

Staff communication was very poor !!
