Very annoying door closing noise. My room, supposedly of a higher standard, was above the side entrance. I heard every door closing. It is very inconvenient, especially in the evening or at night. This lowers my comfort rating.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city, friendly staff, lovely clean room.

The location was excellent: very easy to walk into the centre (Stephansdom) and the Karlsplatz intersection (trams and several U-Bahn lines) was just outside. The provision of complimentary chilled water and coffee was a thoughtful and welcome touch. The room had loads of space and was very quiet.

Some of the furniture was a bit tired and could do with an upgrade.

TV remote controller did not work, breakfast was fair but not superb.

Excellent location: it's close to the museum quartier, to the opera theater, to the city center, to a few concert halls. Moreover it is steps away from a very central public transport hub from where you can easily grab a tram or subway to wherever else you want to go. (Pro tip get a city pass or card to cover your stay for hassle and worry free public transport usage. We got a room for 4 people, it was great, very spacious plus there is a door separating the bedroom from the living room (the second bed was in the living room / converted sofa bed), nice city view. Tiny gripe, it was on the top floor and a the area next to the windows was a bit tight on the roof space, if you are very tall consider asking to not be on the top floor (it was fine anyway). Lots of plugs available for your devices. There was a small kitchenette, fridge and coffee maker. We didn't actually cook but it's great to have the option. The fridge had water and beers, there was also instant coffee, chocolate powder and tea. The shower was nice, the bathroom was spacious, towels included. There is reception 24x7 and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a luxurious lobby with coffee and water where you can stay before checkin or after checkout. All in all a great experience, it was really a serviced hotel experience but in a very big room and exceptional location to visit the city.

Everything was great... I traveled almost all Europe and I can definetly say the best holiday was for me. Hotel was great, location. Ambiance, comfort all were great... The hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly.

An amazing experience.Being near the centre of Vienna,a 5 minute walk from de Opera ,Sacher Cafe and Karlstad metro station,in a pleasant and confortable hotel.In the first days of 2023...A huge apartment,no problems with the heating,clean room,fridge,complementary beer and water.In the lobby fresh lemon water and coffee.The bed was huge,the reception very prompt in solving all the problems of the tourist. Very quiet -though our room faced the main street.

Nothing.We will be back for sure.

location & hotel design

we wanted the rooms we paid for but they gave us smaller ones and didn’t change us rooms when we asked them.

Friendly staff, great location next to U-Bahn and an easy walk to museum quarter and shopping areas. The room was well equipped a d very comfortable

Room far too hot for us, we turned off the radiator but the window didn’t open so had a very poor night sleep unfortunately
