Location was really good. Easily walking distance to the whole city yet still quiet in the evening. The room was fantastic! I am a little pernickety about hotel room cleanliness and the beds in particular, but this hotel was great, really perfectly clean and a very comfortable, large, clean bed. It snowed while we were there and watching the snow fall from the bedroom window was magical. The hotel also had our room ready for us earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise because we were expecting to have to drop our bags and go straight out. We didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on breakfast.

Renovations were occurring when we arrived, floors covered under tarp & construction sounds. Of course I understand hotels need to complete renovations, but there should be a warning when booking or slightly discounted prices.

Ubicación excepcional, se puede llegar andando desde la estación de metro / tren que llega directo del aeropuerto. Y está a dos pasos andando del centro histórico y todas las principales atracciones. Pero lo suficientemente retirado para no tener molestias de ruidos.

Location is perfect, scenery spots are all within 20 minutes.

Comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartments in an excellent location for accessing the old city of Vienna. Helpful and friendly staff plus a very effective lift.

Location was perfect. Everything within walking distance and less than 5min walk to St. Stephens and the Train Line. Easy to get to from Airport. Staff was the best. Very helpful , patient, and pleasant in making sure they addressed all questions . Would definitely stay here again !

The location of Singerstrasse 21/25 in Old Vienna, a few minutes from Stefansdom and less than 15 mins from the AirPort Express train station, is a perfect base for a long weekend exploring Vienna. The staff were all friendly and the apartment was comfortable and had everything you’d need for a few days. The breakfast buffet was simple but pretty good. And they had big, light umbrellas guests can borrow, which came in handy.

The photos on booking.com and in the apartment hotel’s marketing in general are misleading. The leading photo makes the apartments seem much bigger than a classic double is, and there is no roof terrace open to all guests. The roof terrace shown is for penthouse apartment(s) only. The fruit selection at breakfast was very limited. It’s not very good value for money. I booked more 3 months in advance. The only premium I feel was worth it at that price was the location.

Excellent location, close to central Viene, walking distance from many attractions, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Big apartment, clean and very well equipped. Attentive receptionist.

Absolutely everything was great. If I could give a rating of 11 out of 10, I would for sure! Penthouse 803 was impeccable. It was very clean, you could almost "eat off the floor". It was warm even though we were in January and it was freezing outside. Cozy interior, very comfortable beds, clean sheets and soft towels. Amazing view from the roof terrace. And above all, fantastic service. All the hotel staff were extremely nice, helpful, friendly - just great! Especially Mr. Martin who helped us with the breakfasts. There were five of us, the whole family, and we celebrated my daughter's eighteenth birthday in Vienna. The hotel surprised us with a birthday card, delicious chocolates and champagne. We are truly grateful. Definitely the best hotel in Vienna!
