The breakfast was cooked to order and to a very high standard, the dinner and food in general was excellent and they pride themselves on this. Room was very clean and bed comfortable, good large walk in shower. General Manager a very nice lady and her ambition very clear. Staff all very friendly and on the same page of guests being priority

The service at breakfast was very slow and took about 40mins from order to food being served.

Location good for what we wanted. Room had air conditioning units.

Room very tired and in need of updating, not very clean carpets, bathroom floor not clean with broken tiles, not cleaned properly - a half empty bottle left on top of shower, bedding had a very large rip in it, not enough cups for number of guests, had to go and ask for more, TVs had extremely limited channels and very poor reception, some lights not working.

Great location to Warwick Castle, excellent breakfast and good value for money with the price including breakfast. Bed is comfortable and shower is good too.

We booked 3 rooms including 2 twin rooms and 1 family room which is more expensive but the booking info didn’t come through correctly from Booking.com to the hotel with incorrect room type and number of people. Luckily the staff sorted it for us in the end but the family room looks very different from the photo. It is not the premier look with the red decor. The staff said not all rooms have the same decor, but to us it looks like an average standard double room. But overall it is good value for money considering the location and the breakfast.

A bit light on some of the consumables in the room, seemed to be only 1 of everything even though 2 of us booked. Minor issue for us though to be fair.

Terrible service - my husband asked a member of staff to clear our table of the previous persons glasses, and they passed him disinfectant and a cloth! We found a small blue elastic band in our calzone. Our room was badly lit, grubby and incredibly noisy (rm 2).

Being charged 10% service charge at the bar.....not being waited on....actually going to the bar ourselves. Was told it was because it was Bank Holiday and busy. Believe me, it was empty!! We did get a free drink off the manager but If i hadn't have asked for a receipt and looked at it then I wouldn't have known....wonder how many customers are unaware they've been charged this!! Also shower was partially broken although it did work, window was unsecure and the room and restaurant looked grubby and dusty and I cut my finger on a sharp screw on the lamp 4th time staying here and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement

The heating in the room wasn't great - it was a fan which was drying - and plug in radiator didn't work

The rooms were clean and the overall appearance and feel of the place was lovely. The staff were polite and the rooms were warm and comforting.

We booked a deluxe room or the top end room I can't remember the name. On booking.coms page (where we booked it from) it said a double room with private bathroom and bath. Which I always book a place with a bath when I am away as a treat due to not having one at home. It is one reason why I picked the globe. But once getting into our room we noticed the lack of bath tub. A little confused I though I had messed up on the booking so we checked and double checked but no. It has a photo of the room we were sitting in saying there was a bathtub. My partner spoke to the lad downstairs and he said that the room with the tub is broken. So we were confused and looked for a room elsewhere. When getting a refund we spoke to a girl who said the room with the tub was actually occupied. So who knows but we ended up leaving and going to the very lovely old coffee tavern So if you want a room with a bath I wouldn't bother with here. The listing is completely wrong. I'd go to the coffee tavern, it's cheaper and has lovely bathrooms

The duty manager on the Sat night was apologetic and kind.

I booked a single room. The initial room had a very obviously broken window blind, stuck in a closed position. Told it was due to be fixed but meant no light in room. Second room had broken bathroom door handle which jammed at 10.30 at night. Thankfully not inside the bathroom at the time. Had to return to original room as told none available. Not great. Decor was tired throughout top floor. Room not worth £145. Staff appeared unbothered about what happened. I am awaiting a refund. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Loved our stay, our bedroom was warm, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly,. I travelled with my mum, the manger carried out luggage to our room. We had a lovely farewell from the manager this morning. Food in the restaurant was delicious 🥰

The room smelt like sewage and the shower room was not clean enough.

Staff were fantastic - couldn't do enough to help and the bar and restaurant were both excellent - buzzy and really tasty! We stayed in a 4 poster room, which was really spacious for 2 people and funkily designed.

The common areas of the hotel and the bedroom are a little worn and could do with being spruced up a little - the quality of the furnishings is good but a lick of paint and a carpet mend here and there wouldn't go amiss. There was black mould in the shower - just needs a deep clean and a bit more attention to detail.
