de plaats waar het hotel ligt is zeker de slechtste plaats voor met autobus of met metro te reizen,het ligt echt in een soort afgesloten plaats,zonder auto of taxi ben je de pineut en kost het je massas geld om je te verplaatsen.Jammer maar buiten dat is alles ok en is het een mooi hotel

Location was nice, breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Good selection of items in the minibar. Room size was very good and the furniture was quite good for the room.

Room could have been better, it was lot more dull than the photos and what I expected. The bathroom fittings were a bit run down, some things were coming off easily, the exhaust fan was not working. Some more amenities in the bathroom like dental kit would be good for a 4 star hotel

The receptionist was amazing - kind, helpful and efficient. The airline lost my bag and she offered to extend my room while I waited for it and then called me promptly when it arrived.

I would have liked some Spanish food items in the restaurant.

Só passamos uma noite, pois cheguamos a noite em um voo e tinha outro voo no dia seguinte. Perfeito para o descanso. Isolamento acustico impecável. Não posso falar sobre o uso das outras coisas do hotel, pois não tivemos tempo de usar. Para nossa necessidade, foi excelente.

Exceptionally convenient for Madrid airport. Efficient and punctual shuttle service, great food in the restaurant.

Rooms are very nice and comfortable, close to the airport in a quite location. I would appreciate if some more items in the mini bar were free, I mean room rate is on the high side so other then water may be chocolate or cookies can be also complimentary. Breaksfast is awesome

AC was a bit complicated to adjust Shuttle service is a bit tricky since it is not exclusive to Hotel guests and you must call to confirm, as tourist from America, not always have a calling plan, so maybe a whatsapp number will be a nice addition.

La ducha estaba tapada por lo que se juntaba mucha agua al ducharse, lo que era algo incómodo

We stayed for one night and the TV stations were all in Spanish. Very disappointing especially as we were looking forward to watch the Champions league football matches. Food inside the hotel was very expensive and not value for money We could not sleep well as the noise of traffic could be heard. Windows are not fully noise sealed.

Service team is very slow. They simply don’t care if you finish your food and need anything! Empty plates are on the table nobody cares. Very disappointed! Garbage bin in the room is not working when you press the pedal. No napkin in the room.

The large room size and the double beds in our room.

That it was mainly a hotel for business people and there was only a terrace for recreation. It was close to the airport overlooking a crowded highway, it was noisy when we sat on the terrace to eat dinner.

Its good to stay in a hotel where you get what you expected. The airport shuttle was very useful. The meals we had in the restaurant were a little expensive however very good. Best bath towels we came across out of all of the properties we stayed at across Spain.

Every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations and left a lasting impression. The hotel reception staff were not only attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast at the hotel was equally impressive. The variety, quality, attentive service, and a pleasant ambiance made it a great way to start the day. The location is also good with a bus stop nearby which can connect you to the city center. It’s also convenient that they provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
