The stairs to the room, all the TV channels were blurry, my room was kinda dark, there were only a few lamps

noisy ringing sound the whole night in the room. like phone calls entering every 5 - 10 minutes. Ringing sound really disturbing. Like a phone connection inside the room. Unable to sleep well. Staff unaware. Pillow cases in bad condition. 4 of them. Rotten. Waitress not very polite during breakfast with unappropriate and strong comments about our country.

Great location and breakfast.

A windowless suite, a suffocatingly musty smell in the bathroom, no Internet access in the room and very unpleasant receptionist who did or didn't reserve our transportation to the airport. We'll never know since after a half hour delay, we hailed several taxis.

Location was excellent. Within walking distance to everything I was interested in seeing. Property was very clean and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.

If you are looking to sleep in make sure you use ear plugs as breakfast preparation starts early and depending on where your room is located you will have some noise. Other than that I definitely recommend this property :)

Location was perfect. Breakfast was a buffet and really delicious. Everyone was really friendly. The rooms were really spacious. Get ready for a lots of steps there and all over the city! The view from the balcony was perfect!

The disinfectant they used was pretty strong, had to air out the room after they cleaned out the room. But we eventually got used to it. 😅.

The staff was super helpful getting the info on tours and transportation we needed. In particular Monica and Judy.

Quality of the bedding was extremely poor. Foul smell coming from bathroom. Breakfast was definitely skippable.

Excellent location right in the heart of Guanajuato. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Lovely, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast could include a little more variety.

The hotel is located in a charming old building. Very large and spacious rooms. Maybe a little old but the atmosphere is really nice. Very centrally located

The only downside is about the breakfast. Too crowded (also because they allow people who are not hotel guests to have breakfast for a fee) and we had to wait in line. Also, the quality is not exceptional, too much local cuisine: No fridge in the room

we love staying at La casona de don Lucas . The hotel is clean and the location is the best .
