great location and setting

room at front of building exceptionally hot, no ac, quieter when not a Saturday night

Breakfast was delicious every day. I love the location of this hotel.

There was a lot of noise at night loud music and people singing.

Not much of an inconvenience but the breakfast included is a walk to a chain hotel. Very nice staff there. They even packed us a breakfast for those who could not join us.

Excellent location! Room is new and clean. And elevator is a plus. Breakfast offered in nearby hotel which food has plenty choice and service is great!

The room has furniture and hanges for clothe. However, there is no table beside nightstand.

Friendly staff and service

The street noise was loud beginning at 5:00 am. We were located on the first floor and our room had a busy street behind us.

The internet never worked, we told the guy and he was like yea I’m going to check it but it never worked. also we asked to have the breakfast to go and 2 different people tilda us they will come back to us and let us know but they never did. Also we left an iPhone charger and they texted us that it was there and we asked if it was possible to send it to ciudad de mexico but the person that was going to bring it to us was leaving 2 days after so it was very important to confirm thAt it will arrived next day. They quote a 330 Mex pesos courrier and send us an account to transfer the money what we did. next day in the night I received a message a skein g for the address to send the charger so I asked them why they didn’t sent it if they commit that it was going to arrive that day. It was to late now so I asked them to refund me the money and they have been like yes let me ask accountant yes they have not say anything and every day is something like that so after 2 weeks they have not refund the money.

super clean, as soon as I walked in the room I could smell how clean it was. it was at a very good location for everything. they had free breakfast buffet included. the staff was super friendly. we arrived early and they let us check in early and then when we checked out we needed to leave our stuff longer since we were goin in a tour and they were so nice of taking care of our luggage for us. they went on and beyond.

could have been because of new years but it was loud. It was hard getting sleep because of the noice going on inside the lobby.

Excellent location.

Room was stuffy at times and cold at times, depending on the outside temperature. The fan/air conditioner in the room did not work.

The location is super central and comfortable. It’s right in the heart of the town but on the street with cars so you can arrive by taxi in front of the hotel. There is a big lift which is great if you have a lot of luggage. Reception was very friendly and the room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was in another hotel and there it was very cold, you needed to come fully dressed there, in jacket etc.

there was festivities with music going on til 3am or so. could not sleep at all or watch tv because of the very loud music in the tunnels
