I liked the vintage feel of the entire hotel. The staff was accommodating, helpful and the stay was overall pleasant. They were understanding for the delays in our checkout given the issues in the area (Aliwan Festival caused traffic).

The refrigerator buzzed on an hourly timing and with cups on top of it, the glasses clinked every now and then. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was also broken. The curtains were a bit hard to open also. Wi-fi occasionally disconnected. None of them were particularly bothersome in general.

A large room and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. It is an old mansion type building with all of the advantages and foibles that go with that.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy and inefficient.

the restaurant for a la cart breakfast was very nice, beautiful setting inside next to the pool with view of the garden setting. we were very satisfied with the airport transport from the hotel (not free, but cheaper than our transport to the hotel). 11th floor view was lovely. The COVID protocols were very satisfactory though they did not check our temperatures. I think requirements changed about the time we checked in. .

it has been a quarantine hotel and still is. the restaurant that we always enjoy was not open for breakfast buffet. there was no ice available on site. complimentary water was very small - 1/2 liter?? per person.

The bedsheets were dirty, ac is too noisy, the hot water is not working, the pots and pans are dirty and also the plates and glass.

It is a hide away within the city, very cozy quiet place good for family or friends bonding.

1) At nightime, drinks are limited, unavailability of mineral water, shakes and/or other juices as per their menu list. 1 small bottle of water per person for overnight is not enough for drinking & for coffee. Need to go out after midnight worrying for the safety of hotel guests, especially women, to buy wherever is the nearest convenience store. 2) Food is expensive.

The location is very good and most eapecially the staff very accommodating ang friendly.
