Maintenance works early in the morning but they need to be done at some time so totally understand. It didn't spoil the serenity.

It was very expensive to get laundry done. Probably because it was inhouse and not outsourced.

The beds are super comfy, the location is great, the staff are lovely, the pool is great.

Great location - directly across the road from the beach, pool was clean with swim up bar, beds were king size and comfy. Staff were friendly and very helpful. True Balinese style.

A little dated, but perfect for what we were looking for and price.

The room was beautiful and the location was perfect as we were basically 1 minute from the beach. The staff was lovely and the pool was very nice, with a swim up bar. Good choice for Seminyak.

Bed was big and comfy and the bathroom was nice. Good location as you’re close to Legian but still in Seminyak

Well overpriced. The balconies were tiny and it’s an outdated resort. Could stay somewhere in a bigger room with a bigger balcony for less. The restaraunt and bar were also quite expensive for Bali ($4.70 roughly for a bintang where everywhere else is $3.50 on average) as taxes and service is added onto menu price. Terrible wifi, wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 minutes and breakfast was pretty average as well. Staff are also not as welcoming and as lovely as they were at other resorts I have stayed in.

We loved the staff friendliness the most. Breakfast buffet was a little different every day but still very average. The room was a little outdated but clean. Location was good. A/C in the room was very good.

Lighting in the bathroom was poor and also the drainage in the shower was bad! The fact that it didn’t have a lift was disappointing, walking up stairs to get to the lobby was unexpected. We ordered Western food on one night in the restaurant that was so salty we couldn’t eat it! Please can they get their staff to do a barista course or invest in a good coffee machine because the coffee was very substandard.

Pool bar was exceptional. Plus location was excellent for the beach. Staff were helpful and it was a wonderful stay

A water cooler in reception would have been great to be able to refill our water bottles with safe drinking water.
