The air fresheners in the hallways

Stay Included Breakfast which was excellent. Staff were always helpful with arranging taxi or Uber etc. Ambience was superb, including entertainment and decor. Beautiful furnishings and tasteful layout.

Maintenance of daily patrons needs to be looked at. There was no replenishment of Teas, Coffees, Milk and Sugar, has to ask for it.

Wonderful hospitality, excellent staffs, helpful reception and room service. enjoyed the pool in terrace. Breakfast is excellent, lot of south indian options and live counters.

room size was compact than my expectation, apart from this everything is superb, I'll visit again.

The relatively quiet leafy location within the city. A warmth amd personalised care felt all through the stay made the trip enjoyable and hassle free for me. As a native of tamilnadu who lives in the UK , the welcome sugarcane drink brought memories back instantly and the spread of “multi cuisine capable “ chefs in the cohort in the restaurant, made me feel the aunthenticity of the dishes served( be it South Indian or other).The extra mile the F&B staff go and the housekeeping staff go to make it so easy to navigate any difficulties was a highlight. They are right up the top 10% I have seen worldwide and they do it in a non- imposing way.

Due to unforeseen changes to travel plans I had to extend at short notice. This information from online booking/ clarification from me to one staff member was not communicatted well within the front desk team . It could have been better for them to make note of it in the system ( in this day and age it should be straight forward) so that every staff do not keep calling me seperately for the same query.

The staff were generally quite nice with a few exceptions. The room was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable with a great pillows. The AC worked flawlessly. The shower was fabulous and massaging your body. The room service was excellent. The housekeeping was exceptional. The breakfast was good but lacked something. The dining staff were not as good as they could have been, often they ignored your requests or just forgot you. Generally everyone was very accommodating. I wasn't overly impressed with lobby, but it was clean and cute. Oh yes the front door staff were very respectful.

Getting to the hotel with one way roads was sometimes a nightmare. The shower heads need replacement, they look dated.

reasonably priced classy Butique hotel

The staff at reception gave a very friendly reception and were helpful and obliging throughout. The dinner and breakfast choices and quality were excellent. The room is well equipped and presented and was great for relaxing before going for dinner.

Breakfast was good.

Food ordered, were really expensive. Tariff is also expensive. The hotel took 1 days room rent extra from my credict card instead of the rent for the actual stay. They realised this and called me and told me that they will refund the same. However, this took a lot of follow up and after some delay, i eventually got it back. But for the above expereience, very exepnsive food, higher room traiff; this hotel has been a good place to stay.
