Petit déjeuner un peu léger, mais personnel au top souriant et très serviable. L’hôtel a quand même besoin d’un rafraîchissement peinture, salle de bain …..

1) Very decent hotel suitable for family, price is affordable and worth it. 2) Rooms are well maintained and clean. 3) Courteous and friendly staff 4) Efficient service - any issues are fixed promptly 5) Good location, very nearby Krishna Gana Sabha and nearby shopping places I was supposed to stay only for 2 nights, and move to another hotel. However I was very happy with the hotel and decided to extend my stay in the same hotel. I stayed in the suite, very spacious room with a living room in it as well, suitable for family with kids as there is ample of space. The manager Mr Ravi and Mr Anand (i think, cant recall exactly) were very kind and flexible in managing my request. Mr Hari's hospitality is simply amazing, he really makes one feel at home with his warm and charming personality. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this place.

What could be improved is the breakfast variety. They have vada, idli, dosa, upma, bread butter jam etc coffee tea fruit juice. Good to have different variety on different days.

Breakfast only very few but was nice.

The management promise to provide car to airport but didn't do so..and the standard room rate was 4000 rupees.. never fulfilled the promises..

I honestly did not like the breakfast. I stayed for four days and it was the same breakfasts every day. I decided to go to a nearby restaurant to eat my breakfast.

the location was good. You could easily reach the shops from the hotel in 5 minutes by tuktuk.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, there was a gentleman at reception. As in many previous reviews on Booking.com, I confirm that the gentleman was very rude and disrespectful. We wanted to pay with credit card and he said that it was only possible to pay with cash. On the last day at check out, another gentleman was sitting at the reception and we asked him why it was not possible to pay with credit card, but he said that it was possible. The information is not transparent and therefore I do not recommend the hotel. The bathrooms were also very sparsely equipped. The water was always slightly yellowish and somehow you had the feeling that the water was not clean.

Clean rooms, great hospitality, amazing location. From the restaurant to the reception and cleaning staff, all are polite and amazing. I always end up staying here on my visit to chennai
