Location was good the beach was fantastic but the food was poor, the number of places was not enough, the places on the beach not enough for everybody

The Beach is Fantastic and nothing else

Service was horrible ,staff unfriendly without basic manners except the Reception .Food plenty without simple presentation and cooked properly .There were pancakes for breakfast which were complete waste .Major issue is this Hotel Management took extremely cheap staff and their service is absoilutley horrible .All inclusive offer is day time robbery - you still need to pay for your espresso ,on the beach prices at the bar are overpriced and nothing is included in the package

Beach is fine. Rooms spacious.

Food disappointing, often finished and had to wait for refill, not enough forks, had to wait for these too. Tomatoes, white cheese and yoghourt are traditionally good Bulgarian products. In this place they managed somehow to find the cheapest from the cheapest. Drinks were the cheapest possible as well. Room was never vacuum cleaned during our stay. Bed sheets were smaller than the mattress.

The staff was great, all young friendly, energetic helpful people. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner had an acceptable variety of foods and meals. I was only missing watermelon for dinner and breakfast, because it was served only for lunch.

The deluxe double room had nothing luxurious about it. The spider webs and spiders, dead and alive, and other bugs, walking around or dead I can take. The worst was the A/C - it didn't work. We were closing all the windows and pulling the curtains down to prevent the extreme heat from entering the room during the day. We notified the reception, they said that have only one other room available that they could move us to, but that did not happen. The sheets are not changed daily, nor are the towels, thanks God we had only 4 nights to sweat. The room also was located in close proximity to the gym, that for some reason did not have a closing hour like the pool that worked until 6 pm. I love to go to bed before midnight and most of the nights it was impossible because of the noise coming from the gym, the store or the kids playground, that was also next door. The capacity of the resort is above 400 people I believe, however the umbrellas and the places at the beach are only around a 100 that are in "all included" area. Everything "free" was taken and for additional price were offered additional umbrellas and beach beds, which adds up quickly to one already "luxurious bill of all included". I don't think it is fair to advertise the beach as included in the price if the only time you can find a "free" spot is after 6 pm, when everyone is headed back for dinner and you basically decide to skip the dinner. We ended up driving to Sozopol or Nesebar for the beaches and often skipped the lunches and/or dinners. I didn't consume any alcohol, so can't say if it was included or had to be purchased additionally. There was a good variety of teas, espresso machines, ice creams and pizza for the kids. I was drinking a frappe that had to be purchased additionally.

Very good facilities for the given price. The rooms were big enough and near the window we had a forest with tall trees, it was good for the kids to have a nice sleep without any loud music nearby.

- Clean - Large parking area - Easy access to a wonderful beach - Spacious rooms with everything you need - A small shop that works until very late so in case you really need something, you don't have to travel to the city - Family friendly

- The food and drinks!! Very low quality, very few choices, absolutely unacceptable for any facility with more than 2 stars (this one supposedly has 4). The worst part is that the a la carte restaurant doesn't offer more choices in terms of food. - Organization: you get food from two different places, separated by a large staircase. Then get drinks from another place. And coffee (the good coffee anyway) is served at a third location. Quite inconvenient - The kids' area is a joke, it's useless for kids below 3-4 years of age and who like to do things other than painting.
