Nice staff, close to underground

Dirty bathrooms, noisy doors, humid rooms and barely space to move inside the room.

Breakfast was disorganised & had run out of the key parts. our shower in the room was not working & am still awaiting the £20 refund reassured we would get.

DISGRACEFUL! I got to Cambridge, and YHA cancelled my booking on that day. I then had to spend exorbitant costs booking another hotel on the day. Quite disgusting that no apology was offered.

Everything was nice except lack of parking. Normally I don't travel with a car, and it's so close to the train station and walking distance to the center of Cambridge, so it's great for most travelers.

In this case I would have loved parking nearby.

Breakfast service was slow - all of the cooked breakfast had been cleared away when I entered the dining room, even though I was well in time - I had to wait some time for a new breakfast to be cooked. The hot water flask had run out and wasn't refilled even though I asked - I had to to ask at the counter every time I wanted a cup of tea, which seem to be making extra work for the staff as well as being inconvenient for me.
