Абсолютно всё. Обслуживания , местоположение, удобства и комфорт номера на отлично. При следующей поездке обязательно остановлюсь в этом отеле.

We paid for a non-smoking apartment but were rather disappointed to know that the only window we had led to a shared terrace where others smoked. It was the only window and the weather was hot, so getting some fresh air in was almost impossible. What's even worse, as a result, it was rather hard to get some sleep because we could not open the window and there was no air conditioner to make it at least a bit better. Signs everywhere stated that it's allowed to smoke only downstairs in the backyard but it was ignored by others. Staff told us that it's not prohibited to smoke on the terrace even though it is shared with a non-smoking apartment like ours. Our multiple requests to resolve it led to nothing. So it was a poor stay with bad sleep and heat in the room you cannot deal with but wait for smokers to go and you can open the window at least for some time.

The location is very good, only 20 minute walk from the old town and 10 minutes from shops. The room had a kettle, oven, sink and a mini fridge. There were enough towels and a hair dryer. There was also a fan. Easy to find and super quick to get to from the airport.

The smell, our room stank of wet dog. We asked the reception to provide something to help us deal with the smell but they told us to just turn the fan on and that it would be fine. It wasn't, thankfully our stay was very short otherwise we would have had to change accommodations as the smell was very strong and unpleasant.

Ще до приїзду повідомили, що парковка в готелі зайнята, але пообіцяли знайти інше місце. Так і зробили. Персонал привітний, адміністратор Лаура при заселенні надала максимальну допомогу. Впевнений, що й інші працівники зробили б так само, бо при виселені вже інші люди (не запитав імена) також були уважні до наших прохань, надали всю інформацію, якої ми потребували. Є невеличкий дитячий куточок, звідки діти змогли взяти іграшки до номера. Чудовий персонал, прекрасний готель, неймовірне місто з його мешканцями! Вдячні вам за отримані враження і за підтримку! Діти вже чекають, коли ми знову туди поїдемо. На фото - цікава гра світла у ванній кімнаті через мансардне вікно (номер на останньому поверсі). До речі, вночі на тому вікні гралася білка😊.

Не сподобалося і нам, і дітям, що потрібно було зрештою залишити готель.

Great price-value ratio and good location. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Only small minus is the lack of elevator in the building.

The fan was broken but they replaced it, the room was clean and super quiet, i know there was a family with young children upstairs but never heard them or any other neighbours.

The room had a distinctive smell in it, but opening a window helped. Wouldnt want to stay there during winter though

Die Innenstadt/Altstadt ist fußläufig binnen 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr gibt es mehrere, selbst in den Nachtstunden ist es problemlos möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt um die Ecke (2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt). Von den Damen gefeiert: Es gab einen richtigen Fön, keinen popeligen Hotel-Haartrockner

Very nice apartment. Absolutely as advertised, good clean bathroom, great and "invisible" service (meaning - they do the job but don't disturb). Very nice location. Free parking!

They don't have breakfast, but they give discount to a good bar near. But the bar works from 11am on weekends. But you have a kitchen...

Beau studio bien équipé dans un quartier calme mais à distance raisonnable du centre ville (15-20 min à pied). Propreté des lieux irréprochable.

Extérieur de l'immeuble et parties communes peu attractifs mais intérieur du studio rénové avec goût.

Nekas īpašs. Ir ok, ja nepieciešams pavisam īstai nakšņošanai. Laba atrašanās vieta, netālu lielveikals un jaukas kafejnīcas. Brokastis var neņemt šajā uzturēšanās vietā, bet viņi izsniedz 10% kuponus uz blakus restorānu, kurā varēja nobaudīt patiešām lieliskas un sātīgas brokastis. Reģistrācijas darbiniece bija patiešām jauka.

Biju savā reģistrācijā norādījusi, ka ir nepieiešama istabiņa ar 2 atsevišķām gultām. Tomēr ierodoties uz vietas darbinieces to nebija piefiksējušas un tika piešķirts numurs ar vienu lielu gultu. Numuriņš netika samainīts. Labi, ka numuriņā bija dīvāns, kas tomēr nav tas pats, kas gulta. Varēja just, ka pirms tam vai nu kāds no iepriekšējiem viesiem smēķē, vai arī veļas mazgāšanai netiek lietots kvalitatīvs mazgāšanas līdzeklis, bet segas un pārvalki mazliet oda pēc cigaretēm. Bet, protams, īsai palikšanai ir ok. Iespējams citi numuriņi ir labāki, ja maksā vairāk :)

Parking bardzo ciasny, trzeba mocno tam manewrować. Pokój trochę duszny, na poddaszu, bez balkonu.

The room was clean and warm, there was a kettle with some dishes and cups, and a fridge. The bathroom was well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the room was overall quiet, Wi-Fi worked but was a bit slow and jumpy. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the staff members were nice and helped with questions. When I stayed the hotel did not have a breakfast on site, but they gave a discount to the nearby nice restaurant. The location is not exactly in the city center, but there is a shop nearby and different transport stops are within 5-7 minutes walk. I enjoyed my stay for 1 night, but the place is more than suitable for several nights.

Personalas labai nuostabus. Patiko kad į viešbučio kaina įėjo mašinos nemokamas parkavimas. Kambarys buvo tvarkingas.

Kambarys buvo ne pagrindineme viešbučio dalyje, o šalia esančiame pastate. Įėjus į viešbučio patalpas buvo nemalonus kvapas.

Labai švarus tualeto/dušo kambarys, kokybiška dušo kabina, buvo mažas šaldytuvas, virdulys, kavos pora pakelių :) Beveik viskas gerai už mažą kainą.

Pagalvės kankino visą naktį, sintetinės ir sukritę, neleido išsimiegoti. Balkono nebuvo,

Simple and beautiful, authentic atmosphere of Naujamiestis. Big windows in the living room open view to little yard with trees. You wake up and hear birds singing in this yard and immediately fill yourself refreshing and calm. We were 2 with a dog but chose room for 5 - it was almost same price as smaller rooms but it was worth it, rather spacious and relaxing. Interesting idea with the garderobe space behind the bed wall.

Just small advise to the visitors of the top floor rooms - the building roof has angle and the ceiling is also inclined, so please be careful and watch your head if you are tall

The comfortable bed contributed to a restful night's sleep, leaving me feeling refreshed and energized the next morning. The willingness of the staff to address issues promptly, such as upgrading the room without additional charges, demonstrated good customer service.

Initial inconvenience with an uncleaned room upon arrival was disappointing and set a less-than-ideal tone for the stay. Difficulty finding suitable parking added frustration to the experience, making the initial moments less pleasant. The absence of a remote for the air conditioning unit limited control over the room's temperature, impacting the overall comfort of the stay.

Obiekt zlokalizowany bardzo blisko ścisłego centrum miasta - niecałe 10 minut piechotą. Obiekt dysponuje własnym parkingiem na kilka samochodów. W pokoju było czysto, wszystkie udogodnienia działały, nic nie było uszkodzone ani poniżej tego, co było oferowane. Pani w recepcji miła i uprzejma, znająca języki, więc bez obaw cudzoziemcy mogą się porozumieć.

Jedyną rzeczą, na którą można narzekać jest to, że nie został wypłukany czajnik (prawdopodobnie po odkamienianiu). Przez co pierwsza przyrządzona w pokoju kawa smakowała paskudnie, ale wystarczyło 2 razy zagotować wodę i wszystko wróciło do normy. Nie jest to rażący minus, po prostu lekkie niedopatrzenie serwisu sprzątającego.
