Excellent location in centre of old Vilnius, walking distance of everything. Taxi about 10 euros from airport. Staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Excellent rooms. Spa was absolutely amazing, lovely pool, steam and sauna. Massage available if wanted. Much recommended.

Nuėjom išgerti pasitikimo gėrimo , tai liepė sėsti prie dviviečio staliuko prie įėjimo , kur visi pro nugarą vaikšto . Paklausus gal galima prie kito išgirdome atsakymą- jūs juk dviese . Nors kavinėje buvom mes tik dviese ir visi staliukai laisvi .Bet personalui dvivietį tvarkyti paprasčiau , tad nurijom kartėlį ir daugiau čia nėjome ir nesigadinom nuotaikos . Kita problema vonioj labai šaltos grindys , tad naktį einant į wc šąli kojas .Taip yra aišku vienkartinės šlepetės , bet naktį tamsoje jų paprasčiausiai neieškai. Penkių žvaigždučių viešbutyje to neturėtų būti . Paskutinę dieną neveikė liftas .

Es war sehr schön geschmückt, das Zimmer war sehr schön und komfortabel. Das Badezimmer groß und der Boden schön warm. Die Mitarbeiter höflich.

Das Spa Bereich ist in die Jahre gekommen, die meisten Knöpfe (Whirlpool etc.) funktionieren nicht, die Sauna viel zu kühl. Es gab keine einzige Liege zum entspannen, nur ein paar Sessel. Das Frühstück war okay, aber für ein 5 Sterne Hotel etwas wenig Auswahl. Unter dem Bett lag noch Dreck vom Vorgängern, da wurde nicht super geputzt.

Staff was really friendly and help with every question. They even provided sweet gift for my fiance, because it was his birthday. They also offer free welcome drink, which was amazing touch! Breakfast was very tasty!

Water in SPA bubble bath was cold.

Quality of service - spa is not functioning: jacuzzi not working, water cascade not working, sauna is switched on only if you ask, pool is not maintained with dirt floating in the water. At breakfast you can be asked for your room number up to 3 times - staff is not trained. Tablecloth with stains. Hospitality at a very low level for a 5 star hotel. Bed mattress and pillows are crap. And on top of that it is ridiculous that in a 5 star hotel there is not staff offering to bring luggage to the room! In Europe this is maximum 3 stars.

It has a (classy) style with a local touch that is above average. The other factors also work great - location, cleanliness and efficiency.

The air condition was not working effectively. Sauna was not heated on the first day of stay. Worked well after we gave advance notice of us wishing to use it. The safe instructions are not current. We needed to call staff to assist.

Staff were superb, very helpful and friendly. Sauna was pleasant, pool too. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Parking is adequate and secure. Location couldn't be better, very atmospheric position, and the hotel has an air of tradition about it.

Not a dislike, but just to point out, finding vehicle entrance us very difficult due to one way streets. Best contact hotel, or arrive out front as I did and be directed.

With a range of historical landmarks just a stone’s throw away, exploring the city was incredibly convenient.

Location is perfect! I love the romantic charm of the building and rooms. Staff is nice and friendly. Restaurant is great - food was amazing - great service there .. the pool is small, but water is warm - i like it - a little spa is cozy - with saunas where it’s possible to relax after a long day in the city.

The shampoo, body gel, conditioner bottles were hard to open when wet - caused bruises on fingers. the tv remote battery was dead and couldn’t turn off the tv, so had to pull out the card to cut the power (was too tired to go to the reception)

The location and the history of the hotel. The breakfast is great. The reception is kind and polite. I love the style of the hotel.

The room was a bit dark and hard to access by stairs with a luggage by myself as no one offered to carry my luggage to the room and from at the check out. The breakfast is great, but the open curtains where you can see the kitchen and people who are are wearing civil clothes and spending time on their phones and chatting is a bit distracting and questionable. No complimentary coffee or tea in the rooms to make it by ourselves, you have to order the coffee for 6€.
