I like location and Hotel reception was very good.

No one speaks English in the concierge, had to active my room card twice a day, and every day! The internet is very weak, no central AC is working, and in such a very cold weather, this is a big issue!

Perfect place to spend a couple of days in the center of the city. Breakfast was very good. Furniture is new. Good city view form the room. There are several good places to eat near the hotel.

I used to stay here a lot before the pandemic, I guess the hotel suffered the causes of the lock down so badly. Facility got old, service is still nice, but seems a bit lack of good management. I hope they will get through hard times and rebuild their reputation.

Hotel didn’t accept credit card as way for payment citing technical problems, so I had to withdraw and pay in cash. pretty inconvenient

Not good Wi-Fi, not enough outlets to charge gadgets, kettle didn't work, bathtub cover was missed.

The rooms are spacious and clean; location is central if you need to work with government or scientific institutions located nearby; good access to restaurants.

At the time of check-in (noon) there was no water available. Few hours later there was no electricity, no WiFi, the bar and the restaurant in the hotel did not work and no clarification was provided even upon a request. This situation lasted till noon of the next day. Thus, no coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, nothing warm was available for breakfast. My plan to work during the day of my arrival on my computer and prepare the next day working meetings and presentations failed completely. The receptionists offered to charge my computer overnight - this was a very kind offer in that situation. However, I received no response to my questions whether I can expect any compensation for that inconveniences. I expected to be offered a full coverage of at least those extra costs which I paid above the services, which have been ordered and already paid with the booking, like the mobile internet which I had to pay on my own to stay connected with the client, a warm breakfast/coffee which I luckily found in a coffee shop nearby, etc. I received no response, no apologies, no offer. What is more: you cannot open a window in your room – the latches are broken and rusted.

Holes in the carpet, stinky bathroom, windows are locked and dirty, noisy ventilation, staff is not responsive and frankly saying lacks communication within their team. Breakfast is quite poor. Room 606
