No side walk. We couldn't find swimming pool, no one was on reception to help us. On the beach old and broken sunbeds. and old and dirty umbrellas. Bad restaurant, over price. They bring us 2 the same meals on one plate ???? + try to overcharge us.

Definitely restaurant. More cleaner apartments. In our apartment was old smelly furniture. I understand its decoration but smell of that furniture's was so bad. Very poor and cheep kitchen supplies

Nice resort, located on the Kotor Bay Road. Apartments have a breathtaking view on the mountains and the sea and the little private beach is 2 minutes away, just cross the street. reception staff was very kind, helpful and always available !

Apartments were clean when we arrived but they don’t have room service daily. Only towels get changed every 3 days. Owner/manager was rude to us as she was interrogating about our accommodation and right to be on the beach, use of beach towels etc.

The place is magnificent! The view is priceless and the beach is super clean and peaceful! You can buy fruit, veggies and fresh seafood the local farmers market. We loved this place so much! We stayed at "Panorama" apartment. They welcome you with local wine and staff is super friendly. Just go there, you will NOT regret it!

I wish the pool was cleaner and that they had open bar at the pool or beach. They should also change sheets/towels more frequently. They actually didn't change ours for the time we were there but we didn't care as we stayed for just 4 nights and everything else was worth it.

Fantastic resort, very friendly and helpful staff. Luxury villa with private swimming pool and modern furniture. Same time very quite and private, own beach with amazing view on mountains and small islands. Very close to Tivat (20 minutes), but same time not crowded and very relaxing. It was just perfect vacation after stressful covid year. We would definitely recommend to our friends and sure to come back in future

Magical place for rest and relaxation ... the sea is crystal clear ... a well-kept beach ... apartments with an unreal view. Absolutely amazing place… Warm recomandation…

Here is a 5-minute long review, but trust me, it will be worth the read if you are looking for a perfect vacation. All apartments have a sea view, N-E side. So you have a beautiful sunrise to wake you up and a perfect stone decorated balcony to have a morning cup of coffee and a bowl of fruits. That’s hard to find. Then you have a private beach, which is stone and gravel sand, so there’s a choice for everyone. On the beach, you have metal and wooden chairs and also plastic and wooden sun beds, so again there’s a choice for everyone. The resort accommodates with beach towels so there are no worries about that. On the beach there’s a lovely beach bar with all that is needed to spend the whole day there. And the sea, oh man, the sea. Peaceful and quite, crystal clear water, the clearest I’ve seen on the Montenegrin coastline, wind and waves are a rare occasion, but they are good to refresh you a bit. From the beach you have a perfect view to Perast on the other side of the bay. Perfect for families with children because you can have shade after 4pm beneath the palm and olive trees. There, on the beach, you can rent kayaks and boats to sail to the 2 small church islands not far from the beach, if you’re into that. Above the beach, as a part of the resort, you have a market with all the necessities and a restaurant with variety of offerings for everyone’s taste, with a perfect view on the sea. Above, on the top of the resort, there’s a swimming pool with, be ready, SEA water and a astonishing view to the sea. Rooms are tidy and clean, high quality materials, comfortable beds and pillows, super silent AC, great kitchen with literally everything you need, from can openers to wine glasses, so if you want you can even cook in the apartment. Room maids cleaned our apartment on a 3day period with new batch of towels. Around the resort you have splendid restaurants and beach bars, but you will want to stay here, you’ll see.

Shume prane bregut te detit, por kujdes kur kaloni rrugen. Qendruam ne apartamentin 4-1, me 2 dhoma gjumi por te gjithe krevatet kercisnin ne menyre te cuditshme. Pastrimi i apartamentit ishte 1 here ne 5 dite dhe ne kishim prenotuar per 7 nete, praktikiahit erdhe nje dite para se te iknim per te pastruar. Peshqiret na i nderruan mbas dites se trete.

An amazing quiet family place with a lovely beach, with very litte people and very clean and clear water. The staff and host were very pleasant and helpfull. They prepared a crib for our baby, fresh flowers on the table. They even offered organic eggs from their own hens and organic vegetables for the baby. They helped us organise a boat trip to the islands and suggested what to visit nearby. Our stay was more than pleasant and restful, the resort is quite but has it's own activities ( a swimming pool, tennis court, gym, a bar at the beach, Sup and canoe rides. ..) The restaurant is also lovely, with fresh fish every day as well some yummy domestic dishes we tried. This is a place I would definitely suggest as a get a way to come rest and reset yourself. Looking forward to visit this place again very soon hopefully.

absolutely no complaints

Sheets were stained, room was not clean. They claimed entire resort was full and then proceeded to put us in a room that was right on top of the noisy road when clearly there was no one else even staying there. Not what we expected.
