Pictures are beautiful but they don't even do justice to how nice this place is. Top notch. Carlos was wonderful to deal with. My only suggestion would be to have info for public transportation and how to run the TV. Would stay here again if we get back to DC.

The house is gorgeous and so confortable. Cold weather prevent us from opportunity to enjoy the outside patio, but it's fabulous for Spring. The property is in a very quiet area and ten minutes walk from petworth good restaurants and cultural venues. Great stay!

We came down to move one of my daughters into college and stayed 4 days to get her settled and play tourist with my other daughter. This property is fabulous! Extremely clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Great location and easy on street parking. Had everything we needed (except a pizza cutter) LOL Could not have asked for a better experience!

As everyone before me has said, this property is stunning!!! We brought our 2 teenagers to DC for a few days of sightseeing. We never had an issue parking in front of the house- no matter what time of day or night we came. We had no issues getting Uber rides on the days that we decided to avoid DC traffic. I cooked a big breakfast every morning and absolutely loved the space in the kitchen- I felt spoiled honestly😂. The porch was so peaceful and the grill was great for a cookout on our last evening. I thought we would miss having a TV in the bedroom but honestly, we were so worn out after our long days that we all fell asleep in the amazing comfort of our beds and pillows each night! Carlos checked in during our stay and answered questions we had prior to arriving. Have already shared the property with other friends! This is one listing you can book with peace of mind!

Carlos was an excellent host. The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. Anything you might need is available. Parking was easy - even with a large truck towing another vehicle. Walk to the metro for sight seeing was easy and safe. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the DC area - thank you Carlos!

No complaints....at all!

The home was clean and very well-equipped. It was very well decorated and gave me a couple of good ideas for my own home. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Unfortunately it rained almost every day we were there and we didn't get to take advantage of the big outdoor area or the gas grill. It was nice to sit on the covered side porch.

First of all the property is immaculate! One of the cleanest I have stayed. Also, all of the appliances, utensils, and cookware are definitely the best I have seen in a VRBO. A lot of times you get second rate items, but not here. Only the best! The sofas and the beds are all very comfortable. The patio is a great place to hang out. As for street parking, we parked right in front of the property the entire stay. No need to worry about parking. The location is perfect, close to the mall, but in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are fantastic! They checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. This is a perfect place if you are visiting the DC area. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home and perfect to have more space than a traditional hotel room. We were able to have a friend over for a Sunday afternoon lunch and a day-long visit. A real plus is the easy and free on-street parking; always able to park in front of the house. The cons are the location -- no restaurants nearby and the stairs. If you have any mobility issues be advised that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. When visiting D.C. again, we consider staying here again.

A very nice home in a cool neighborhood. Upon entering, we found a welcome card from our host, Carlos, along with a large stack of cookies. Beds were comfortable, which was important after all the walking we did during the day. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Given how limited parking is around DC, being able to park in front of the home every time we returned was a huge plus. Should we return to DC, we would stay here again.

My sister and I rented this for a long DC weekend. We loved everything about it! Beautiful home, great location and not far from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend

The property was exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was available. I requested additional towels and Carlos promptly took care of the request for us. We felt safe in the home, everything worked as expected and we would definitely return if we come back to DC.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlos house in Brightwood Park! It was full of plants and natural light and was comfortable for our week long stay. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and liked the proximity to all the attractions of DC including a neighborhood park within walking distance to the house. The on street parking was convenient and we always got a spot right out front. We will definitely be back!

This beautiful home was perfect for our family DC trip, very clean, exactly like the pictures posted and well decorated and just 5-6 miles from the capital and an Uber ride away from everything. We enjoyed some spectacular dinning at Michelins star restaurants ( Zaytinyas and Unconventional Diner, just to name a few). If you choose to stay in and eat, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Also after walking miles throughout the capital, it was perfect to come back and relax sit out in the back and enjoy the gas fire table with a glass of wine. Thank to the owners Carlos and Shawn for making their home a special place to stay. I will definitely stay here again if and when I return.

This is a great corner house in a nice neighborhood. It is spacious with a wonderful, uncluttered interior. Literally everything you could need was there, including something simple like salt and pepper. It was immaculately clean. It has a fabulous exterior patio area, which unfortunately we couldn't take advantage of because of the cold weather. We hope to go back in warmer weather so we can enjoy the outdoor living. I contacted the owner a couple of times and he immediately responded.

This was a welcoming, lovely place to celebrate the holiday with our family from the East Coast and DC area. Just about every possible detail was taken care of so that we could move our luggage in - then immediately relax and enjoy, from a log for the fireplace to warm throws to read and cuddle under on the sofa. The large screen TV has a great sound system, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely prompt and helpful with regard to our questions, even over a holiday weekend. Parking on the street is truly easy to find - that had been our one concern. We plan to return.

We loved staying here. Place was clean and felt like home. Wish we were there in warmer weather to use the deck out back.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights while in D.C. to visit our son. We chose this property for its private spacious outdoor patio so we could visit with friends and relatives safely during the pandemic. The outdoor space is fantastic with lots of amenities and a lovely magnolia tree in the middle. The house itself was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and easy on the street. No permit needed and no meters. Every day we came and went at different times and we were always able to park on the street right in front of the house. The host was extremely responsive throughout our stay. Example: We could not find any kitchen towels so we reached out to the host to ask where they are. He immediately bought some and they were delivered the next day. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. If you go in October, expect the magnolia tree on the patio to be dropping lots of stuff onto the patio. We used that space a lot and needed to sweep it off each day. We didn't mind doing that. I doubt you would encounter this issue if you stayed there at other times of the year. In fact, if you stayed there in March, you'd probably enjoy the tree blooming with flowers.
