My suite was sparsely furnished, sofa cushions were uneven, half of the living room was empty with only one floor lamp. Room service came in paper bags like take out orders, bathroom has no amenities except shower cap: all these when I paid $730per night for the suite.

nous avions choisi la suite k-lit KING size mais elle était situé à l'arrière du bâtiment dans une cours sans lumière et bruyante d'où sortait plein de tuyau aération. triste vue pour une chambre à ce prix là/ très très décevant !! le fait de réserver avec book,g fait qu'à chaque fois on nous donne le plus mauvaise chambre de la catégorie . idem à Amsterdam il y quelques temps; on ne fera plus .

Las tres opciones: Buen restaurante, muy buena ubicación , habitación y baño de buen tamaño , buen café en la habitación. Carla en recepción es muy agradable y servicial. Finalmente nos quedamos cuatro noches

Falta un salón de descanso en caso de necesidad.

Very strange attitude for calculating money for a prepaid breakfast. I still don't understand where is my $ 57?? for 2 days

The hotel facilities were lovely.

The staff was supercilious, not especially helpful with simple requests for information. With the exception of one kind lady, I witnessed a number of disappointing encounters. I train visitor service teams, so these issues were glaring to me. For example, the door man watched a woman struggle a couple of minutes before helping. I had the wrong number for the valet stand and i asked the desk staff if it was possible for them to call. They looked at each other and said no, without offering any additional information or options. The older lady working the desk kindly walked me to the valet stand.

Very old installations and cleanliness wasn't as expected.

Esta un poco antiguo, pero es muy grande y elegante, seguramente repita si vuelvo a Washington por la relación calidad precio.

L’emplacement était parfait

Mon problème de réservation qui ne trouvait pas et finalement que je sois obligé de payer en double et après plein de démarches qui ne sont pas encore complétées pour me faire rembourser. La première soirée de mon séjour a été complètement perdu à cause de cela. Le manager n’a jamais été disponible pour que je lui parle.

We payed with debit card and we got ripped off The billing policy is so aggressive that the first couple of days the hotel had kept double the ammount that we had to pay for our stay. We have 15 days that we left the hotel, having paid the whole ammount of our stay and they still have on hold 2,500 euros from our debit card and our family budget. Is that ethical? Something smells fishy. More over nobody answers our emails not even Steve the director of affairs who knew the situation from the beginning... It is strongly advised to find another hotel.

The building was absolutely beautiful inside. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful.

We wished we could have seen the inside of the ballrooms and/some of the conference/meeting state rooms.

Excellent location, beautiful lobby. Great restaurant, specially enjoyed breakfast, and restaurant personnel very efficient and friendly.

My room was small, ugly view from window, not enough lights in the room. The a/c seemed to be centrally monitored. It was very cold, even we changed the temperature, it would go back to original settings. Bed was comfortable, but Room should be updated.
