Много шумен хотел , с бягащи постояно деца. Ресторанта затваря в 21,45 а пише че работи 23,00 ,останахме гладни Свободната консумация е заедно с блок масата и храната е същата, за честота не искам да говоря,ужасно

The hotel has lots of parking spaces available. Then, facilities are amazing - lots of saunas, swimming pools, spa centres with great massage offerings. Buffets for breakfasts and dinner (dinners are paid for separately). 20 min by car to reach Plovdiv city centre. Overall a hotel which you are not willing to leave due to all the facilities available on site. A selection of pillows to choose from.

I was told the hotel has central A/C system - cannot enjoy a cool room with A/C blowing cold air unless the management decided to turn on the A/C for the entire building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and more than enough. The hotel was beautiful and extremely clean. Everything was just perfect!

Good location, modern spacious rooms with very comfy beds, room service if you want it, great facilities for children also, and excellent views. Good breakfast, and staff are very welcoming

The staff was really nice and accommodating and the pool and playground area were very good.

There was no air conditioning just a central cooling system that didn't work well.

Convenient location on the edge of Plovdiv, with nice views over the city. Room was spacious and clean, with a really lovely designed bathroom. Bed was comfortable and tea/coffee & kettle was provided. Spa facilities were excellent and included in the booking (except massages - which looked fairly priced) All staff we met were polite and friendly. Food in the restaurant was fabulous and the breakfast was incredible; what a choice, I don't think they missed a thing. We only stayed 1 night to celebrate our anniversary, but we plan to be regular visitors to Park & Spa for our celebrations.

Great breakfast, the hotel is very children-oriented. Spa/pool and gym are working till 9pm.

The parents bed is OK, terrible pillows though. The kids were sleeping in a falding bed - one of them just collapsed twice the same night. The pools are relatively small for the amount of people in the hotel.

The staff, the Spa center incl pools, the attractions for children, food was fine: breakfast was really good, the regular menu - ok too. The halotherapy room was awesome.

The condition of the shower in the room, the handle was like broken and the position of the shower was not easy to set.

Firstly, I want to clarify that it was not our first visit. We've been to the hotel before, like six years ago, and we were pleasantly surprised at how much it has been improved. Pretty much every aspect is much better. The spa centre is excellent, and the indoor pools are awesome. The restaurant is great and offers one of the best breakfasts we've experienced in Bulgaria. Highly recommended!

It's not a critique, but since the hotel is so well-suited for people with children, it's not very quiet, especially in the pool area. If you are looking for serenity, you should probably stick to the spa and relax areas.
