Location was absolutely fantastic .if we request small stuff such as toilet paper,towels etc has-been provided.

1. unprofesionall staff..specially one lady is sitting in the small office she couldn't Speak English so she cunnect me twice to other lady over phone ,not helpful at all. 2. Swimming pool in advertise but not in operation. 3. There is no any lift service on the building where us they allocate us in 5th floor. My wife become sick with knee Pain and we have to spend around 8000 .00 Turkish Lira to see the doctor. Its make us very unhappy. Requested to change in to lower floor, they refused very under professionally. 4. In the kitchen no hot water in our whole stay been reported but know action had been taken. 5. Even though in the booking I mentioned arrival time is 10 pm. Flight was delayed and we reached at 11:30 pm. it was really shocking we arrived and nobody was there. Small children was with me. We didn't know what to do at midnight in the new place. Luckily one man on the street help us to make a phone call to recharge one man and after 30 minute to hand over the key. 6. A bit old furnitures and the stove was not working properly so cooking was impossible and the apartmen had few humidity spots and the smell was there too

Kitchen is not functioning properly - water doesn't boil on the cooker, no oven. Knives don't cut Very cold in the room Sofa and beds are uncomfortable, no duvet cover. Wi-fi is not working properly Ground floor apartments are awful - everyone thinks you are administrator and keeps knocking on your door. Can't open curtains cos the view is straight to the gate

Was in a great location, close to a beautiful beach.

There was no lift and we was on the highest floor. Was super hard carrying the suitcases up. Plus I had a baby with me so carrying the pram up and down every day a couple times a day was an absolute workout. There was also no washing up liquid or sponge. There a washing machine but you have to buy the washing power and softener which you’ll have to throw after your leave which is gutting.

Ok location: it is 10 min walk from the beach, although it’s not very close to the best part of the beach nor to the old town - you need to take a bus for about 30 min. The apartment is spacious: bedroom and a living room with a balcony.

Unfortunately, I have to admit the experience couldn’t be further from what I expected. We were asked days before about our arrival time, and when we actually arrived nobody was at the reception. We had to call and wait for someone to show up. After that, I’m afraid, it only got worse. First, we got a different apartment than what was on the photos (but we decided not to complain as the layout was the same). Then we realized the apartment was not properly cleaned: we found a full ashtray and someone’s unfinished drink on the table on the balcony, towels had stains, there was even what I hope was food stain on the wall in the living room… When we wanted to go out, we couldn’t open the apartment door from the inside, so we had to contact the administration and ask for help. After more than 10 min of waiting and another call, somebody eventually came, and the way they reacted to our situation was incredibly rude. The person was kind of annoyed and acted as if it was obvious that there was a special trick to use the door handle that was clearly not working properly… The apartment is in desperate need for renovation: walls are worn out, couch full of holes, old furniture, rust marks on the shower… I understand that in times like this it is hard to invest in extensive renovation, but at least things such as broken plastic coffee table, shower head, or towels with persistent stains are easily replaceable… Finally, when we were leaving (at exactly our checkout time), nobody was there again, so we had to call again and ask how to do the check out… What is probably the most surprising is that this is the value that we got for a price that is not at all that small, considering that we booked the apartment 4 months in advance. And considering that the apartment doesn’t have many other benefits. Like I said, not even the location is premium. The apartments have potential but they need a lot more care to justify the price. So unfortunately I cannot recommend… :(

There are cockroaches everywhere. The cooker does not work. They took more money from me than I had to pay. booking.com did not take my complaint into consideration. don't go, you will be disgraced with your money

Location was fine. Nice coffee shop near by.

A few things to mention here. 1. The apartment we booked was supposed to have a balcony. This one did not. We did not find anyone to complain to after checking in. 2. The apartment was on 5th floor. It would have been nice to know this as we travelled with a 15 month old. Climbing 5 flights of stairs 4 times daily was awful. This was not told until AFTER we paid and no one helped with luggage. 3. The bathroom is horribly small. Trying to shower in there with a baby was hard. Even one person in there is a struggle. It’s tiny!! 4. Sound proofing was bad. Or not existent. 5. Wifi sucked. Had to use mobile data most of the time. Did not work in room at all! 6. 2 pillows on bed only. Maybe an extra pillow? 7. Maybe they could leave some dishwashing liquid and a cloth for future guests as we bought some to wash our dishes. Seems a waste for each family to buy that so we left some behind. 8. Absolutely no after payment support! No one there to check in, no bins to throw dirt in on a daily basis, no change of bedding, no daily clean up. 9. Used ear buds under couch.

spacious apt with parking right across under trees. it's right next to the main road but still tucked away with a peaceful quiet vibe. kitchen was great. staff provided us with extra quilt as there was only one comforter for the bed. they also attended to the wifi and we had no problems. hot water was more than adequate. all in all a very pleasant stay

need to focus in cleaning ,bathroon always smell very bad from the sink and shower bath,bed sheets should be renewed as its old,sofa in the sitting area need to cleaned ,TV should be have international channels,

You’ll only like the location nothing else

The owner so rude, there isn’t even a reception for the guest in the front disc when we want anything we should go and bought it for him , No spoons no knifes , the shower was broken The room is so dirty unfortunately we had to leave the apartment to look for another best option because the apartment is really not what you see at the pictures We will never come back and we don’t recommend this place for real ):

Perfect accomodation for families with little kids. Enough space... Shops right at the corner of the street and taxi calling service right outside the accomodation. Just on walging distance of Konyaalti beach and a huge variaty of restaurant and shops.

The wifi could be better though... it works good but needs daily reset.

Clean and not expensive, about 800 m from the sea , i extend my staying 5 more days because it was so good

There was nothing to like, the hotel looked similar to a building site. It is also not safe for children, I now understand why they advertise and state non-refund . The owner of the hotel has no communication, when you see the hotel is closed and a building site with no pool etc. Then decide to leave, hoping for a refund! Unfortunately after the boss stating the hotel was under maintenance. He also hold a no cancellation policy. Good luck if you book or stay here.

The hotel was not fully open, the outside looked terrible

-the location is great near to the beach, market, and shops. -the kitchenware are complete, i was able to prepare breakfast for me and my husband -the washing machine is working thats the main reason we booked the apartment. -the water boiler was broken but they immediately replaced it with another one.

-when we arrived nobody in the reception we had to ask the neighbor to contact the owner of property. -the ac in the room was dirty full of dust, my husband had to remove the filter and clean it. -you can hear loud and clear the people in the next room.
