Excellent location, bed was very comfortable, large apartment with full kitchen, lounge and dining room, full bathroom, large patio, 2 TV's with FOX. Eben though the apartment needs a refurbish in some areas, it was still great.
Nothing, very enjoyable stay. To 'nit-pick', You Tube would have ben nice.

Det var ett fint boende med gott om plats för oss två vuxna och tre ungdomar. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och ungdomarna uppskattade tennisplanen.

The Apartment was super clean. Julie and Bob are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The location was perfect for us. Pubs and restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Great ice-cream parlor basically next door. ice-cream was delicious.
The pillows need upgrading.

Great location in the centre of Hervey Bay. Good secure under ground parking. Large rooms with comfortable lounges and good bedding.
Water pressure in the shower was a little low.

Location, rooms and beds were really good.
Unfortunately lifts were out of operation and we were in level 3 ! But we made and got more physical exercise, climbing up and down.
We got a small discount refunded (due to lift issue), but good if I didn't have to ask for it several times and it came automatically.

This apartment is spacious and a great home away from home. The kitchen had everything you need for a short holiday. Both of the bedrooms felt good so that the second bedroom didn't feel second best. It's nice to have an outdoor area to sit and relax and eat a meal.

The booking was wrong. Booked two bedroom apartment with queen and two singles. Got two queen beds. Had to get mattress for the floor.
Three ladies in the room.
Manager very apologetic but was fully booked so no where to move us.

Very well presented and finished. very clean. Complete kitchen crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils. included tv in both bedrooms and lounge. bathrooms immaculate. beds very comfortable. underground car park with lift to all floors.

really well lates out Kicthen and living area, items in the Kicthen were clean and ready to use, nothing was broken.
bed was comfortable and bedroom had an en suite, which was clean.
location wise it’s right opposite the water but a fair stroll to the main section of the promenade - but most people seemed to have a car.
it is rather expensive in comparison to other places in the bay.

i thought location was great. was in walking distance to beach, food. room was big enough for 2 couples with bedroom and bathroom each. bed was comfy.
found nothing to not like, was all good. would stay again.

The balcony was great as we could sit out and enjoy a morning coffee and we took advantage of the evening atmosphere too! It was super handy having access to a full kitchen and laundry room! Staff are really friendly!
The rooms are pretty dated and the shower hadn't been cleaned as there was soap scum on the shower head. I cleaned it myself and all was good from there.

The managers were fantastic. wonderful pools for family especially with young children.
