The beds were comfortable. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Check in and check out were so easy with very friendly staff. The kids loved sitting on the verandah and feeding the turtles and the ducks. The grounds looked well maintained and its in a great location.

The pool was closed for maintenance for the duration of our stay, but we understand that sometimes that happens. There were a few spots, particularly in the bathroom where the floor felt a bit soft, like the floor was rotting.

Beautiful spot - couldn't believe it on arrival beautiful lakes with birdlife and turtles. Accommodation provided everything we required and looked out to the water.

Had difficulty watching television as it dropped out but not a major problem.

Have stayed here before ,but this time in unit 33 , all good .

Set amongst the lakes , the cabins had enough room between them to be be pretty private, the birds and wildlife were stunning, waking in the morning to the bird calls was beautiful,

If I had to complain about something,,, the front gate!! Being right on the corner and having to ring a phone number for it to open it caused a couple of traffic problems,,, until we worked out at how far up the road we could ring and have the gate open for us as we got there,,, (became a bit of a game)😁

The property was just as amazing as I remembered from our last visit. The interactive wildlife made our whole group melt and made the trip worth wild.

It isn’t the right environment if you have a late dinner on the verandah as noise over the water travels and conversing and laughing at 8pm will result in noise complaints and constant communications from the property management until we went inside. Also one of the cabins we were staying in had several door handles (bed room, bathroom) very loose and partially coming out. The shower was either stifling hot or freezing cold. So I would suggest that some TLC is needed in some of the cabins.

My girlfriend liked feeding the ducks and turtles 😆
