A beautiful apartment in a very old building, in the old town, above a lovely restaurant in a busy harbour with stunning sea views. The ladies running it were so helpful and friendly and transported our luggage for us when we rang to say we’d arrived. It was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a well equipped small kitchen if you needed to cook. Sofa bed was handy in the living room. Balcony overlooking the harbour with table and chairs. Great place to sit and watch the world go by! Right at the heart of the town with many restaurants on your doorstep and boat trips. Shutters on windows meant you could shut out the noise if you were wanting to sleep before the outside activity had stopped.

Best breakfast of our trip! FANTASTIC! You walk a half of a block to the Adriatic, eat seaside, a generous selection of options with a 3 piece ensemble on the weekends.

Beautiful authentic apartment right on the beach in the old town. You can also see the sea from a large and comfortable sofa. The bedroom window overlooks a cozy side street, not noisy at all. Claudia welcomed us at the reception and we were immediately captivated by her cheerful and friendly personality. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty in the hotel next to the apartment (we received a voucher from Claudia). In summary, everything was perfect, we will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Hosts were superb providing assistance with parking and general information. They even dropped us and our luggage to our car when we left. Apartment is in a wonderful location close to all amenities. An excellent breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant. We also really loved having full sized towels. Laundry mat is located a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend this apartment and these hosts.
Everything was great. But FYI parking is located a fair way from the apartment as this area of Rovinj is mostly pedestrian only.

Perfect location just in the old city/harbor, cosy stylish interior with nice antique furniture, even coffee and tea on the house (in the Room). Friendly and smiling and helpful stuff....

Everything was as presented or better. We LOVED the attic room with the three adorable windows looking out over the harbor. Breakfasts were unbelievable, as was the service.

Breakfast was in the hotel Adriatic 1 minute walk from annex. Perfect eggs Benedict every morning who could complain.

Perfect stay at the residence Porta Antica.
The staff is incredibly nice, the apartment is beautiful and very clean. The view over the sea is astonishing ! Breakfast was served at the Adriatic hotel, perfect as well!

Breakfast was great! The room was spacious & clean & had a very nice view. The hosts were amazing!
The noise level is really bad. Did not fall asleep until 2:00 am because of the noise. There was a bar right under our windows & people were screaming & laughing until all hours of the morning.

Talked to Claudia on phone, told where to park & came and picked us up in cart & took us to hotel. Set up the payment for parking. Location was wonderful, the Breakfast which was included was a few doors down at the Adriatic Hotel & it was Outstanding. Claudia also gave us great restaurant recommendations & secured a reservation at one of the top restaurants, La Puntulina, on the water, fabulous fish dinner & sunset view.
They have 2 buildings, we were not in main one and our room did not have a sea view. bath room was 3 steps up from bedroom. But all doable.
