Чисто, зручно, вічливий персонал, загалом все відповідає заявленому, з усім необхідним для комфортного проживання.
Наразі основним фактором що спричиняє дискомфорт є відключення світла, тому більшість часу просто немає змоги користуватися всіма зручностями, свого генератора готель немає, щоб потрапити в номер приходиться просити працівника готелю піднятися з вами сходами на потрібний поверх і впустити, фізично відімкнувши двері, бо якщо вийти проблем немає, то зайти складніше, оскільки фізичний ключ лише один. Але хтось завжди на місці, тому шукати не приходиться. З телебачення лише декілька кабельних телеканалів, через підключення до інтернету нічого не відкривається, тому на перегляд фільмів розраховувати не варто.

Location was great.
Standard room interior was different from photos provided in the description. The room had much darker design, and it was badly lit. As a result the room felt grim and uncomfortable.
Overall the hotel badly needs renovation. Many surfaces are worn out and/or have scratches. The hotel didn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all.

A very good hotel, with nice, clean room (bathroom with bathtub, big bed, modern furniture), free wifi. The hotel is located in the center of the city, surrounded by picturesque streets with beautiful architecture and good restaurants and shops.
For my birthday, the staff prepared me a great surprise: a bottle of champagne.

Have to commend Ana from reception and rest of the staff accommodating us with our needs, even we checked in for one night we felt welcome, overall hotel is nice do recommend it
Nothing, only thing that disturbed the night sleep was a street racer pacing by at 3 am, but it’s out of hotel control, all the rest was awesome

Location was really great, the hotel was located in the city center.
The room was clean and tidy.
Staff proposed us to leave our backpacks at the security office as we arrived before a check-in.
The standard room was quite small. Breakfast wasn't included.

Excellent location on a super central but not too busy street with plenty of stores and cafes, 5-10 minutes away on foot from all main places of interest in the area. Very helpful and pleasant staff, very decent breakfast, clean and comfy rooms with large bathrooms. Excellent value for money! I will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays in Odessa!

Amazing location !! All the main sites of Odessa can be reached by foot including opera theater, railway station and the Deribasovskaya ( main pedestrian street). Staff friendly and available at any time. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere in the hotel overall.

The location of the hotel is just perfect for a walk around the city and if you want to go to the beach (need to use taxi for that)

The lobby is very stylish
The staff was quite rude and noisy. In the morning you could hear on the hallway the staff talking loudly
We were surprised to hear that for a room with a bathtub you have to pay over 150€

No sound isolation at all. Especially this is an issue for the rooms near the stuff rooms: at 8 am stuff starts to work around and created a lot of noise which you could hear as if they were in your room.
The water in the shower was hot and then cold in 30 seconds and then hot again.
Very limited number of TV channels, thus I couldn't find a pretty standard one I needed.

Little bit disappointed with the breakfast. The selection and standard weren’t anyway near as good as other hotels I have stayed at in Odessa.
