This hotel took amazing care of my colleagues and I in a very difficult time for Odessa and for Ukraine.

Our room was very well maintained, very well decorated with beautiful imitation of famous paintings. The breakfast is in the form of a buffet. The presentation as well as the quality of the proposed dishes is excellent. The hotel is very well located, only 10 minutes walk from the Odessa Opera-theatre. The reception staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes offered by the associated restaurant (Sophie gastro café - Bar à vin ;)) are also of very good quality and are of a level of a gastronomic restaurant.

There are no negative points to highlight.

A very nice hotel, with large and confortable rooms. It has a decent breakfast and its own Cafe, which has a great cuisine and a nice variety of wines. The personnel was very polite. Its definately a hotel which worths staying again.

We had a late check-in and the Cafe was closing too early, at 22:00, but they did allow us to stay a little longer after the cuisine has closed.

It definitely exceeded my expectations. Just needed place stay after very late arrival, but it appeared a real gem. Very comfortable, cosy hotel. Good breakfast, attentive staff. That is how boutique hotel should operate!

My wife and I stayed in one of the grand suites at the hotel for a week. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was clean snd beautiful and the hotel is located in a perfect central location of the city. The Sophie Cafe restaurant and its staff are great and attentive. Great breakfast and dinner. The front desk team was also always on call to assist and very polite. Having stayed in other too hotels in Odessa previously I can say that Frederic Koklen hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. We loved our stay there and hope to be back again in the future.
