The ambience of the stay is good. If we want to have a serine stay away from the busy area then this is one such choice. The room is bigger for a family to accommodate.

Yeah, the list is long. It's not as close to the airport as it was mentioned in the property. The food was palatable but provoked gastritis and heart burn. The wash room wasn't dry, there's water stagnation at the outlet. Once I booked i got a mail from them saying that they are providing a complementary airport shuttle and asked me to share my flight details. Finally they charged for the shuttle stating that the mail i received from them was automatic one and can't provide complementary. If you guys wanna travel to Phuket Town often then this is not the best stay, it takes 1 hour from here and 700 - 800 Bhat

I booked a trip to a night market, driver was late, couldn’t speak English at all and took us to a different location. The staff at hotel didn’t explain properly to the driver. I was very stressed about this.

This is my second holiday at Lésprit Naiyang Beach, as I love the resort, the resort size is comfortable it is not too big, the accommodation is very good especially the garden villa, the pool is enticing and the staff are 5 star. I look forward to coming back

Very peaceful location Virtually on the Beach but also secluded enough. Short walk to Restaurants, Bars and shops. Short transfer to/ from airport.

Location was a bit difficult to walk back to after dark. Bathroom a bit tired and open to the air so also very hot and bugs getting in.

Loved the location and facilities offered by hotel. Also the staff was helpful in deciding itineraries and other help. The pool is good. Rooms with direct pool access better than pool villa

It was a little low on maintenance. Ants and lizard come into room often. Although we did a chlorine check the water in pool villa was very sour acidic and irritated the skin.

The overall atmosphere of the Hotel is very nice and relaxing, the property mainly consisting of large bungalows/villas with direct pool access. The facilities and garden are very well looked after, respect for the staff! Our poolside villa had all the amenities for a flawless stay, very comfy bed, a/c and small appliances worked well too. Room service was fast and efficient, the food was excellent and not too overpriced. Breakfast had enough options to choose from, at least for us staying just for 3 days. All the hotel staff was friendly and inviting, doing their job great - always with a smile :)

The airport pickup went not so smoothly because of the late arrival (after 21:00), problem solved by picking up a taxi for 300 Baht. A rather shallow water *during low tide*, consider walking another 350m towards 'main' Nai Yang beach if you prefer swimming on a white sandy beach. Else a rather good beach to relax, unfortunately not plastic-free....

We were really disappointed with this hotel. False advertising: We booked a room which included a one way airport transfer in the booking fee. After we had checked in I tried to arrange the transfer but the receptionist told me there would be an extra fare for this as it was early in the morning. I don’t mind paying extra if it’s advertised on their website but I had already paid for this service. This was very disappointingly day I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed having to point this out to multiple staff during the night. We agreed to a 4:30am transfer to the airport. Later that night I went to check if it was still approved and the new receptionist said that there was no airport transfer booked in for my room. This was disappointing! She recommended that I leave at 5:30am I realised that 5:30am might be too late because my airline said we should arrive 3 hours before our international flight so I asked if I could change it to the original time of 4:30am. Again the new receptionist tried to charge me an extra fee which I explained had we had already agreed to not pay by the manager. There is no communication between staff member at this hotel. The staff seem to be very unprofessional, unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The hotel itself is a little run down. Old furniture. The receptionist area is very messy when you first walk in. The Restaurant: We ate at the restaurant and the food was nice but not amazing. The restaurant area is old and dated and the staff seemed to be nervous. Overall it was a highly disappointing experience. We just wanted to stay there overnight before our flight and relax but we were made to feel uncomfortable and as if we were bordering the staff. it was probably the worst experience I’ve had in a hotel. Don’t stay there as there are much better hotels and better value for money.

I suggest to check and fix the hinges of all their doors ( toilet door, main doors etc etc..).. is squeaky.. and need some maintenance.. it annoying during night time..

The location is beautiful, situated by a river and surrounded by casuarina trees, close to the beach .The staff were very nice and helpful!

To get to the beach and to the various bars and restaurants of Nai Yang You have to go over the river in a quirky little raft! Not a problem in its self, but it stops running at 9 o’clock, and if you want to come back later you need to get a taxi back which takes about 20 minutes by road. The pool is very pretty, but needs more shade and it would be helpful if there was ladders or steps at the end of the pool to make it easier to get in and out of. We booked a bungalow with a plunge pool which really didn’t look anything like the pictures. To be fair we were moved and the second one was better, but still not what we were really expecting and we were slightly disappointed with it.

A wonderful paradise like location - right on to the lovely sandy beach and short stroll to the few beach bars and restaurants. The hotel was perfect with well maintained rooms, lovely swimming pool, friendly and very helpful staff, fine restaurant and cocktail bar. We would definitely recommend and will be planning to go again next year. I don't think anyone would be disappointed with booking a stay with this hotel.

We were very happy with our villa it was very spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was lovely and the breakfast provided was very fresh and there was a good variety of food. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The hotel is a very easy walk along the beach to all the main restaurants and the ferry man was very helpful!

Great location in a beautiful setting staff extremely helpful Poolside villa was huge with a great bathroom .

A table and chairs at side of villa would have been nice and river crossing ending at 8pm meaning had to get taxi back but no big deal ,would come again

We stayed at the hotel for our last night in Phuket since it is very closed to the airport. If I would have known, I would have chosen this hotel for the whole days in Phuket! At check in, we were welcomed with a drink. Our room was a deluxe one and it was very spacious, with pool view. Very clean room, breakfast was the best one of the 3 hotels we stayed in thailand! Staff very helpful and friendly! 3min from the beach (very quiet one and beautiful). Would highly recommend this hotel!

Liked everything

The pool and villas/rooms settled all around it, are very nice and quiet. The bartender does very nice cocktail, that you can enjoy directly in the pool. The restaurant has also a very nice offering.

I can't really say I don't like but you need to use a raft to be able to get to the beach as the hotel is settled nearby a Natural Parc, so not really convenient to go through the Parc/forest in the dark at nightime to get back to your room.
