Large rooms with good bathrooms and full-size bath, good aircon.

Two rooms we booked were not clean. No facilities whatsoever. No management of any deception to discuss problems or arrange services. Everything was just too much trouble. How on earth this property was awarded five stars I don’t know. I rarely bother to write bad reviews, but this place is a rip off.

The staffs are very nice. especially Andrew? he is very kind and good work. I asked pick up service to the Airport by taxi. the reservation worked good and I could go the Airport well.

nothing. I support that your hotel plan not to give amenity to customer.

the breakfast is ok but not exceptional

good and quite room, we can see that it had been opened a few years but still not old. bed is soft properly and air condition is cold , the breakfast is delicious

the shower room has a gap, when you go in or out need to pay attention to it.

Convenient location, room was very clean. The staff were quite helpful, and the cleaners were very respectful. Classy looking hotel, with a very nice chaise lounge in my room.

I think it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel(maybe back in the 90s) because of the decorations were a bit dated but still kept in very good conditions, but my room's shower switch did not working properly. The floor of my room was a bit uneven, and the light switches were very erratic, not to mention the bed! I like my mattress very firm, but I got something resembled uneven wooden planks with a layer of mattress protector. Well, at least it had a japanese automatic toilet eventhough I did not use any of its functions.

Big room with all I needed. Not the newest hotel but everything in a good condition.

The breakfast is really not good. The atmosphere is like in a station hall, there are dividing walls on the tables, made of plexiglas. An awful ambience. The staff takes your plates sooner than you can eat. No place where I wanted to stay longer as necessary.

From the main entrance to the staff at the desk and the room everything was exceptional. I loved it. The breakfast was open bar (5 stars for sure). They also have a bar downstairs which is amazing tbh 😌😌. Will definitely go back

Interior is back in the 90's. Should have made some renovation and change it to modern features.

Rooms are spacious, tidy and neat, hotel staff are well versed in English language, Parking lot is quite spacious and the hotel location is accessible by any means of transportation..

My request to modify one room to accommodate at another guest (1 person only) supposed to be 3 people in one room where being denied.. Upon checking in, the other room that was being booked prior was not yet ready to be occupied upon our arrival…

The bed was comfortable and the toilet was clean.

Due to COVID 19, breakfast was provided in individual box, but the meal isn’t look good and tasty.
