We were very disappointed the outdoor area of the pool was extremely dirty. We could not use the pool at all as it hadn't been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and cockroaches in the pool. Extremely disappointed.
The dishes were not cleaned at all, we wouldn't use them we ended up buying our own glasses. The iron was broken and we waited 3 days for a new one to arrive even after we contacted them on numerous occasions, again we ended up buying a new iron.

For a 3 star villa, the overall impression was very poor. Paint was flaking off the walls, the pool was not clean. Lack of sufficient towels for 3 people. The downstairs bathroom stank and when this was reported to the maintenance company, they sent a cleaner with a bottle of disinfectant. This did not help. There was a half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom only. Cobwebs everywhere. extremely tired and dated decor. Rusty plug holes. Brown stains running down walls. No cleaning service during a 11 day stay. All the patio chairs were filthy and broken.

The house itself is very nice, big and in a quiet area. Swimming pool was clean. Good location. 10 minutes walk to the beach. The outside area is nice (we stayed at Villa Christina). The house has its own parking space.
Where should I start… not enough kitchen utensils, not kitchen roll, dishwasher, bin bags. Some plates were greasy, I had to wash all plates and cutlery first because I didn’t want to use them. Not enough toilet paper. The house could get a coat of paint and the single mattresses should be replaced, very uncomfortable to sleep.

Property was ideally located about a 5 min walk from the beach and a 3 min walk to the nearest supermarket. It was very spacious for our group of 4 people but could have fit 5.
The pool had sand in the bottom of it despite us asking for it to be cleaned. Wasn’t a major issue at all

Great location, spacious villa with all facilities you would need for a self catering holiday, though the restaurants are a short walk away and we ate out every night
It states you can pay extra for pool heating, even though we booked well in advance there was no pool heating and I'm not sure this facility is ever available as I have requested it twice not and not had it. It should maybe be removed from the description

The interior an exterior paintwork is scuffed an peeling off . tiles on patio cracked an lose it felt in need of some tlc throughout some kitchen equipment old an needs replacing no info on how tv etc works just a generitic email with code an rules photos on ad don't show that you are surrounded by white walls outside an very overlooked and pool is baltic unusable

Pool wasn't clean. Flaking paint everywhere. The whole villa was filthy. Really disappointed especially with the pool. Family didn't want to use it and it was the reason we chose that villa.

location was good only fifteen minutes walk to town but up hill so got taxi home which were very cheep
felt villa needs a good update had no hot water for three days and toilet down stairs was a disgusting smell so got in touch with Owner and guy came Friday evening said it was known in area if water level goes down this can happen that evening it was back again so we just stoped using that toilet I feel pool should be cleaned twice a week as lot of dead flies at bottom of pool also I really think someone should meet you on arrival to explain about turning boiler on and television was no better as spoken to other families staying in villas and they were met by owners and the pool was cleaned twice a week I’m sorry but I was very disappointed with myself and sister stay they send you instructions about closing up and if bins and kitchen not left cleaned you’d be charged or pool I’d be charged all the extra expense of 30/30/60 euros

The villa was in a super location ,very clean and tidy ,beds were very comfortable
It was bigger than we expected and had ample equipment for everyone
We could not find any English channels on the TV and the bbq that was advertised wasnt fit for the rubbish bin needs to be replaced

Everything was a bit dated and rundown with the villa. Most things worked, although some lights didn't and it was passably comfortable.
Any additional requests came with a charge, so we asked for an early check-in of an hour and it was EUR20: Turning on the pool heater was EUR20 per day.
We could not find the key to one of the patio doors and the email and call to the management company were ignored, as were other requests
The Wifi was very low quality and kept on dropping off.

Had a comfortable and quiet holiday,
Only complaint would be some doors scraping on tiles. The cleaner Maria was very accommodating and pleasant.
No other issues with any thing else.

Great location 10 minute walk at most to the seafront.Lovely Sun Terrace & Pool, very spacious Villa with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.
We stayed at No 19 Villa Christina and would highly recommend.
Host MJ was extremely helpful and looked after all our needs and queries during our stay.
I’ve heard some bad reviews but completely disagree Villa was well presented & clean and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

this property is old and tired, the oven was disgusting with rusty shelves, “we didn’t use it at all” shower was a dribble, bath had rust around the plug, the pool “also didn’t use” mainly because the steps out were very loose and dangerous, there’s much more I haven’t mentioned but overall this property desperately needs a refresh, and if a family were to go there I could see an accident in the making

Loved the location and the privacy, having all that space and the pool to jourselves as it was our honeymoon, it was just perfect
As it was very hot around the pool because it gets no breeze, I think a couple of umbrellas would be wonderful

Property was 10min walk to the new town,it was in a very quiet area, great pool and sunbathing area, overall a great place to stay if you like peace and quiet
