Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean and had everything l needed.

$200 security deposit, I’ve stayed in Shepparton a lot and never had to leave a security deposit before.

Clean and great location.

At 2pm on Sunday reception etc closed for the rest of day and night. So on Sunday night the whole complex felt deserted and I did not feel safe (being on my own). Would not stay there again on a Sunday night.

The was comfortable and room was nice and clean

There was no microwave to warm up my baby milk and food

great location! .. very quiet considering it was a in big complex & beside a busy road! .. meals were fabulous .. rooms were spacious & amenities were great!

parking can be challenging as it is first in best dressed so you may not get a park near your room

Location was perfect for us to get to our function

The cleaning staff could have been a little more polite. They came knocking on our door right on 10.00am to let us know that we need to get out. They were quick to say "check out is 10.00am" an extra 10 to 15 minutes shouldn’t be a huge big deal. Remember we paid good money to be!

The hotel was conveniently located.

Some requests were not fullfilled. I did put a note for additional towels during booking but it was not provided and the reception was closed as well by the time we checked in. There was also no outside verandah to sit.

Kids enjoyed spa. Room and bath room were big enough, beds are good.

Pool was too cold, our room was facing to high way so was bit noisy.

Limited internet and not fast. Water pressure is low and a bit smelly.

My room was excellent. Plenty of parking space. I had dinner on two nights and no complaints.

The breakfast buffet was extensive. It looked like there was only one staff member to oversee customers. She was over worked. Too many tables were not cleared of used dishes and items like juices were not refilled until I asked for it to be done.

The view from the room over the lake was excellent. The size of the room was good.

The internet connection was pathetic. I didnt want to stream movies I just wanted to get news and send emails and it took forever!
