Easy to find and ok for a quick stay over

Not the fault of the park, but the being right next to the highway so many hoons driving past rooting their horn and revving their engines, must be intentional i think from them so it seems. Had to make the top bunk beds which seemed like a hassle, also was a smell to the room which I couldn’t make out what it was just a musty smell and the heater was to hot no matter what I put it on but the AC was the only thing dulling the smell too. Stains on the underlay of the sheet

location near with shopping centre and city of sheppaton.

Service clean the room was not everydays. We stayed 3 days and 2 night but we must got towels by office.

Easy check in and friendly staff.

property was clean and conveniently located close to shops. perfect for a quick stop over and staff were fantastic and easy to deal with

although close to shops, the location on the highway was noisy on the weekend with hoons up and down the highway. not much the park can do about it, but wouldn’t make it great for an extended stay

the pool

our room was filthy also one small bar of soap for 6 people. there was left over cotton tips from the previous customers stay. when I emailed the cabin park I didn’t receive a reply

Size of room was good, though missed a few appliances in the kitchen. The pool was lovely and the kids loved spending the arvo here on a hot summer day. Staff were super friendly.

Was located on a busy road right beside a Harvey Norman....wasnt too bad, just odd 😁

we had neighbours that had their doonas and sheets covering their whole balcony making me feel on edge. . the room was very hot on arrival (not hard for staff to have turned on the air conditioning. the cups were not clean in the cupboard. the furniture was quite stained.

This is a great little spot, so close to everything, Short walk to Riverside plaza. Wish I had found this place sooner. Travel to this area same time every year will be definitely booking here again.

The location was great.

It would be nice to have a sheets on the doona in the main room. Tissues could have been provided and maybe a fragrance for the cottage.
