Nice and clean , convenient location , staff were great , awesome room

We are a family of 5 (with 3 young kids ) and this is our second time staying at Dolphin Shores. Since our last stay which was many years ago it has since been renovated and it looks so good . Andrew is welcoming and explains everything we need to know. Apartment is very clean, has kitchen and even bathroom supplies which was a nice touch. A hair dryer is even provided which you don’t see too often.
Our bathroom towels were changed daily. Location was perfect, a short drive from all local sights . Coles (supermarket) is only a short walk away.
There is air-con upstairs and downstairs which was nice and needed on hots days . I appreciated there was block out blinds and on all windows .

Host Andrew was a great mate, enjoyed our visit with him upon check in. We arrived after dark so were pleasantly surprised the next morning to find the shortcut to the beach a block away. Located in a beautiful area and close to market.

Generally everything went well. The room was presented nicely and it was a pleasure to stay there.
There was nothing we didn't like. We anticipate staying there again in the future.

Location, good size room, very friendly and hard-working staff. Most importantly, the property is looked after an exceptional host - owner-manager Andrew. He is the face and the soul of the business.
There is sufficient parking in the property, but for some reason parking spaces are not attached to the rooms.

accommodation was spotlessly clean, a very large, comfortable bed with fantastic sheets. The shower head was also great with renovated bathroom facilities. On top of the great accommodation the location was the absolute best, Andrew who also welcome to us to his motel was so insightful, very friendly and just an all-round great guy. We will return to this part of our beautiful country and will definitely stay a dolphin shores again.

Andrew, the owner who welcomed us was generous with information of the local shops and the beach access, and the check-in/out process
The BBQ in the balcony wasn't working.
10 min walk from the beach during which you have to cross the busy street, with no cross walk, which can be dangerous. The beach is not the best in the area. You can get to Hymes beach if you chose to drive for that long.
