Ease and speed of booking were excellent. Access to the property very easy. Location also excellent. Garden also lovely.

The property itself is very run down and old. I'm in my sixties and it honestly felt like walking into a weekender from my childhood. Everything in the property needs a major makeover / renovations. For the amount charged it was very very overpriced. Definitely couldn't recommend it to anyone. The property has fantastic potential but is the most disappointing place I've ever stayed in.

Location was excellent and accommodated family for a wedding.

My elderly mother had problem with the stairs.

The Host is absolutely not nice. asked for bank transfer which is a clever move from her as customers will be asking for refund due to her behaviours, she knows this well in advance! We paid $900 for 1 night, yet didn't get any Shower towels. and so many rules, rules rules. Sends negative energy messages like you have to pay for towels etc just before the trip making your whole trip negative vibe. Asks you keep it cleaned, and gives you stress even leaving on time exactly and make the driveway available for cleaner! as if as soon as you pay for the property she just cares about her property, the cleaner and other things but not you. I am filing a complaint with the booking first then other authority if i don't get my money bak as we did not get any towels ... it is advertised with towels. Oh Gas finished half away to our BBQ :((((((((((( it was so disappointing.

all access need to have key locks as outside room didn’t have key lock and neither did outside laundry but we were ok

Excellent beach house for family holiday. Nice and tidy, and 3mins to the beach. 4 rooms in this property, big rooms for family and friends. Can see the sea view in the dining room.

Some furnitures a little bit old.

The view was nice. The kitchen was well equipped.

The property is not adequately maintained, there are a lot of repairs needed, including replacement of rotting timber on stairs and balustrades. The garden is badly overgrown, so if there has been rain there is no way to move from the house to your car without getting rather wet as it is impossible to avoid brushing past fronds and large leaves. The house is very dusty, and required much airing to get the musty smell out. There was scarce “hot” water for the people who attended, which was disappointing, those who missed out had to wait several hours for it to heat up again, and we had to boil the kettle to get decently hot water sufficient for dish washing. Broken outdoor furniture, which is unsafe. Roof thatching on the hut out back is falling apart. The house is cramped and furnishings are really old and outdated, faded and very worn. One of the bathrooms smelled strongly of urine, they are all cramped and in desperate need of updating.

Location !! as it was near the beach. Really a good place with loads of amenities and greenery. Highly recommended.
