It is wonderful to be able to travel with a small dog. This hotel is ideally set up for that with a grassed area just outside the unit. It is also just a hop, skip and jump to the beach access and the wonderful boardwalk along the seafront. This was stunning over Easter.

The unit had two face cloths when we arrived. The next day one was taken by the cleaning service and the second day, that one was also taken, leaving us with none. This was our only criticism.

Maybe include a toaster in the room.

While booking on booking.com there are 3 levels of studio, the highest significantly higher $ shows a pic with an oven and dishwasher, however it only comes with a hob (please remove the picture!)

The dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. Plenty of parking available on site. Close to the city.

One staff member at the desk was abrupt and unhelpful. Room was a bit old and tired but clean.

It was just great. Something to highlight: the hot water is instantaneous. Amazing!!!

It was all good to be honest. If you want to be picky, you could say it was dated. But it was cleaned and very comfortable.

Our room was a ground floor superior suit and it suited us very well because we had a dog and very heavy suitcases . This room also gave us access via a ranch slider to a grassed area for our dog.Th e bed was clean and comfortable.

Only one thing I would like would be a higher pressure shower and a tea towel to dry our dishes with.

We got given keys to two rooms that weren’t completely cleaned, when we went back the second time, the receptionist in the weekend (male) upgraded us to a bigger and better room and ran to it to check and make sure it was done up.

Rooms weren’t clean when we were given keys to them but cleaning trolleys were down the halls and no cleaners to be seen.
